Technical /IT Project Manager

We are looking for a talented and creative Graphic Designer & Video Editor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging visual content across multiple platforms, including social media, websites, marketing materials, and videos. This role requires a strong design aesthetic, video editing skills, and an ability to work collaboratively with the marketing and creative teams

achelor of Engineering or Technology; or any degree on par;

·  12-15 years of Experience in security and similar areas solution/product development, design, etc

·  Minimum 7-8 years of experience in an Enterprise or Cyber Security practice dedicated role

·  Experience in Enterprise deployment of security with in depth knowledge of security, implementing security solutions and working closely with global customer accounts.

·  Proficient with concepts like SOC, OWASP Top 10 etc

·  Understanding of Enterprise Cyber security models like Mitre ATTACK and roadmap modelling.

·  Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to drive product development

·  Excellent communicator, whether writing, speaking or presenting

·  Experience gathering and analysing data to create useful metrics that support positive change

Roles and responsibilities:

- Audit the current Information Security system and procedures and do a Gap analysis

- Identify immediate potential Information Security Risks and manage remediation tasks through to closure

- Create an Information Security Compliance Roadmap and execute end-to-end compliance initiatives by that roadmap

- Design high-quality test plans and direct Data/Information security control test activities

- Continuously improve Octro Data/Information security control framework

- Maintain handbook pages and procedures related to Information security compliance

- Identify opportunities for Information security compliance control automation, execute them and then maintain

- Provide actionable and constructive advisement to cross-functional teams, including driving remediation activities for high and select moderate-risk Observations across all Octro departments

- Design, develop, and deploy scripts to automate continuous control monitoring, administrative tasks and metric reporting for all security compliance programs

- Direct and support external audits as and when necessary

Requirements

- A minimum of 6-8 years' experience working with Data/Information Security Compliance programs

- Detailed knowledge of common information security management frameworks, regulatory requirements and applicable standards such as: ISO, SOC 2, GDPR, PCI etc.

Network Admin

What is the role?

As the IT/System administrator, you will oversee and maintain all aspects of the company’s computer infrastructure including desktop support, maintaining network, servers and security programs and systems. Your goal will be to ensure that our technology infrastructure runs smoothly and efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• From servers to security programs, review all computer systems to ensure that all aspects are operating efficiently.
• Troubleshoot problems, configure hardware and software, implement back up processes including disaster recovery and failover procedures and assess systems for upgrades or replacement.
• Install new systems, assess, and implement upgrades as needed, create passwords, and run checks for viruses and spyware.
• Provide desktop support to the employees and manage the IT helpdesk.
• Build an internal wiki with technical documentation, manuals, and IT policies.
• Responsible for capacity, storage planning, and database performance.
• Diagnosing, verifying, recording, and reporting downtime and providing immediate notification for all incidents.
• Represent the IT department during various internal and external ISMS and Quality audits.
• Maintaining the register of all the IT Assets, Including hardware's and Software's.
• Familiar with the mail security, web browsing protection, Endpoint security, data recovery, backup and Active Directory.
• Maintain procedures and reports that provide technical support to the entire organization.
• Support the implementation of new solutions or applications for the organization. 
• Knowledge about Incident management, access control, Log monitoring, VPN, VAPT and Password management.

What are we looking for?

• 5+ years of database, network administration, or system administration experience.
• Strong communication, organizational, problem-solving and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and apply analytical skills.
• Familiarity with various operating systems and platforms.
• BSc/BA in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• Professional System administration / IT certifications in Linux, Microsoft, or other network related fields are a plus.
• A proven track record of developing and implementing IT strategy and plans.
• Strong knowledge of implementing and effectively developing helpdesk and IT operations best practices, including expert knowledge of security, storage, data protection, and disaster recovery protocols.
• Prior experience of working on ISMS, GDPR & SOC guidelines of IT Infra and security.
