Role Summary :

We are seeking an experienced Senior Software Engineer – ServiceNow WSD Developer to design, develop, and support ServiceNow Workplace Service Delivery (WSD) solutions.

The ideal candidate will have strong ServiceNow platform expertise and hands-on experience implementing Workplace Service Delivery modules, workflows, integrations,

and custom applications while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver business solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

Design, develop, configure, and maintain ServiceNow Workplace Service Delivery (WSD) solutions.

Implement and enhance WSD modules, including Workplace Reservation Management, Visitor Management, Space Management, and Workplace Case Management.

Develop and customize ServiceNow applications, workflows, business rules, UI policies, client scripts, and integrations.

Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.

Develop and maintain integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and Integration Hub.

Perform root cause analysis, troubleshooting, and resolution of production issues.

Ensure adherence to ServiceNow development best practices, coding standards, and governance processes.

Participate in code reviews, technical design discussions, and release deployments.

Support platform upgrades, enhancements, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Mentor junior developers and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team.

Required Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

6+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform development.

Strong experience in ServiceNow scripting including JavaScript, Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, and Flow Designer.

Hands-on experience with Workplace Service Delivery (WSD) modules.

Experience with ServiceNow ITSM and platform administration.

Strong knowledge of REST/SOAP integrations and ServiceNow APIs.

Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).

ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD).

ServiceNow Workplace Service Delivery implementation experience.

Experience with IntegrationHub, Service Portal, UI Builder, and Employee Center.

Knowledge of ServiceNow CSM, HRSD, or ITOM is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting and financial operations.
• Prepare and review financial statements, MIS reports, and management reports.
• Handle direct and indirect taxation, including GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliances.
• Ensure timely filing of tax returns and regulatory filings.
• Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and government authorities during audits and assessments.

Qualifications

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) - Mandatory

Experience

• 3-6 years of post-qualification experience as a Chartered Accountant.
