Job Title: Senior Manager for Ecommerce**

**Key Responsibilities:**

**1. Catalog Management:**

- Oversee the end-to-end process of checking and uploading catalog content to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with platform guidelines.

- Develop and maintain a standardized catalog format for optimal customer experience and search optimization.

**2. Quality Control (QC) of Catalog:**

- Implement robust quality control processes to ensure the accuracy and consistency of product listings, images, and descriptions.

- Address and rectify any discrepancies or issues identified during the QC process.

**3. Business Development:**

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for product expansion and assortment growth.

- Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers, manufacturers, and distributors to source new and unique products.

**4. Inventory Management:**

- Monitor inventory levels, forecast demand, and coordinate with procurement and fulfillment teams to optimize stock levels.

- Implement strategies to minimize overstock and stockouts, ensuring efficient use of resources.

**5. Marketing on Marketplaces:**

- Develop and execute marketing strategies on various online marketplaces to enhance product visibility and drive sales.

- Utilize marketplace tools and advertising options to optimize product listings and increase conversion rates.

**6. Pricing Strategy:**

- Conduct market research and analysis to determine competitive pricing strategies that maximize profitability while maintaining competitiveness.

- Monitor pricing trends and adjust strategies in response to market dynamics.

**Qualifications:**

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (Master’s preferred).

- 5+ years of experience in e-commerce catalog management, with a proven track record of success in similar roles.

- Extensive knowledge of online marketplaces (e.g., Myntra,Ajio,Flipkart,Amazon, Shopify) and their respective catalog management systems.

- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data-driven decision-making.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative, cross-functional environment.

- Demonstrated experience in business development and vendor/supplier relationship management.

REQUIREMENTS:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for end-to-end implementation of integration use case using Jitterbit platform.
• Coordinate with all the stakeholders for successful project execution.
• Responsible for requirement gathering, Integration strategy, design, implementation etc.
• Should have strong hands-on experience in designing, building, and deploying integration solution using Jitterbit harmony Platform.
• Should have developed enterprise services using REST based APIs, SOAP Web Services and use of different Jitterbit connectors (Salesforce, DB, JMS, File connector, Http/Https connectors, any TMS connector).
• Should have knowledge of Custom Jitterbit Plugins and Custom Connectors.
• Experience in Jitterbit implementations including security, logging, error handling, scalability and clustering.
• Strong experience in Jitterbit Script, XSLT and JavaScript.
• Install, configure and deploy solution using Jitterbit.
• Provide test support for bug fixes during all stages of test cycle.
• Provide support for deployment and post go-live.
• Knowledge of professional software engineering practices & best practices for the full software development life cycle including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing,

• Report to the manager on the status of the interview and selection process.
• Work according to the rules, regulations and recruitment strategies of the organization.
• Suggest new approaches towards developing better recruitment policies.
• Arrange several marketing initiatives in advertising job vacancies through job sites, company website, newspaper, job vacancy journals, etc.
• Monitor the need for new employees for a particular post.
• Suggest effective employee benefit schemes to enhance the organization's effectiveness.
• Be aware of the healthcare job market trends.
• Analyze and review the effectiveness of the selected candidates and take corrective steps if goals are not met.

• 4-15 year experience in Application Support
• Must have good knowledge in Java/J2EE, Microservices, PL/SQL, Unix
• Good to have knowledge in Agile, JIRA, Splunk, Service Now
• Good understanding and hands-on experience in Incident, Problem and Change Management
• Provide technical leadership to the team & contribute in the skill development within team
  Interact with internal teams and client stakeholders to trouble shoot the tickets/incident and manage other support activities
• Good communications skills are necessary, must be team player and inquisitive.
• Strong customer service and support focus with a desire to deliver a high-quality service
• Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and to tight deadlines
• Flexible in working outside of office business hours at short notice (as required)

Desired Candidate Profile
