About the job

o  Candidate will be in leading role to thoroughly understand client requirements and expedite functional and technical design for the overall planning solution; lead team of experienced and novice to deliver solutions meeting client expectations. 

o  Candidate must be well versed with Feedstock ranking (Indifference), Rolling Plans, Back-casting, configuration selection and plant debottlenecking studies, update of multi-period, multi-plant linear programming models. 

o  Candidate should have worked in Refinery and Petrochemical companies (in Production Planning, Technical Services division) and /or delivered Planning solution to Oil and Gas clients in consulting assignments. 

o  Candidate should have knowledge of refinery / petrochemicals plant configurations, their economics, blending operations, yield accounting, crude blending, product distribution, crude arrival sequencing.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager (Interior) to join our team at YoHo Designs Pvt Ltd, a startup company in Bengaluru. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and generating revenue by selling our extensive range of interior designs. This is a mid-level position requiring 4 to 6 years of experience in sales.

Roles And Responsibilities

Manage the sales process from lead generation to closure, including identifying potential customers, conducting sales presentations, and negotiating contracts

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, and interior designers to understand their needs and promote our design solutions

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets and expand market reach

Collaborate with the design team to develop innovative design proposals that meet customer requirements

Stay updated with industry trends and competitor offerings to provide valuable insights and recommendations to clients

Track and analyze sales data to identify areas of improvement and optimize sales performance

Prepare sales reports and forecasts to present to senior management

Stay informed about the latest interior design trends, products, and technologies

Job Description

The current application landscape features multiple Java web services running on JEE application servers, primarily hosted on AWS, and integrated with various systems such as SAP, other services, and external partners. Responsibilities:

Independent front- and backend implementation of business functionalities, defined as user stories by the customer, considering the cost-value ratio and maintenance effort for the customer 

Implementation of user stories and incidents, including concept, implementation (including automated unit tests), and communication with the customer within the agile development process.

Database activities such as creation or modification of database schema as well as implementation of database access, queries, and data modification 

Interface realization based on standard principles like REST or SOAP

Implementation of given Identity and Access Management Patterns for securing the application

Analysis and resolution of issues (3rd Level Support).

Documentation of the implementation.

Consultancy in technical and business topics within the applications.

Usage of selected tools for implementation, testing, rollout, and support.

Participation in regular meetings with the client to track the status of assigned tasks.

Requirements:

Experience with JEE technologies such as JPA, EJB, CDI, JAAS, and SAML.

Experience in technology related to JEE, like Maven.

Proficiency in HTML5, CSS, Angular, and Bootstrap.

Strong knowledge of SQL.

Experience with web services (SOAP, REST, JSON).
