o  Candidate will be in leading role to thoroughly understand client requirements and expedite functional and technical design for the overall planning solution; lead team of experienced and novice to deliver solutions meeting client expectations. 

o  Candidate must be well versed with Feedstock ranking (Indifference), Rolling Plans, Back-casting, configuration selection and plant debottlenecking studies, update of multi-period, multi-plant linear programming models. 

o  Candidate should have worked in Refinery and Petrochemical companies (in Production Planning, Technical Services division) and /or delivered Planning solution to Oil and Gas clients in consulting assignments. 

o  Candidate should have knowledge of refinery / petrochemicals plant configurations, their economics, blending operations, yield accounting, crude blending, product distribution, crude arrival sequencing.

Job Title: Freelance Python Team Lead & Developer (Hyderabad-based)

Project Overview

We are a service-based IT firm seeking a Senior Python Developer (3–5 years experience) for a long-term freelance engagement. This is a unique "Player-Coach" role where you will balance high-level individual coding with the leadership of a junior intern team.

Logistics & Commitment

• Location: In-office (Hyderabad). Candidates must be local.
• Time Commitment: 3–4 hours per day, 5 days a week (approx. 20 hours/week).
• Duration: Ongoing freelance contract.

Core Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of interns. You will be responsible for task delegation, technical guidance, and conducting rigorous code reviews to ensure production-quality output.
• Individual Contribution: Act as the lead developer for complex backend modules, API architecture, and system integrations using Python (Django/FastAPI).
• Delivery Management: Ensure that the intern team meets project milestones and adheres to clean coding standards (PEP 8).

Requirements

• 3–5 years of professional experience in Python development.
• Proven experience in a service-based company environment.
• Strong proficiency in Django, Flask, or FastAPI and SQL/NoSQL databases.
• Excellent communication skills with a natural ability to mentor and explain technical logic to juniors.

9. Data Analysis and Reporting which is Monitoring the performance of marketing campaigns, analyze data, and generate reports to track progress and measure ROI ( Risk of Investment) for Vessel RFQ.
10. Relationship Management:

Build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and industry stakeholders.

• Provide weekly marketing report on business negotiations, proposals and tenders handle by individual and team.
• Solicit and collate market intelligence for development of business strategy.
• Coordinate and work with internal cross-functional departments & companies to support the execution and delivery of projects.
• Timely payment collection on their projects.
• Coordinate and ensure timely delivery of vessel to client.

About Company:

• Senior Engineer with a strong background and experience in cloud related technologies and architectures.
• Can design target cloud architectures to transform existing architectures together with the in-house team.
• Can actively hands-on configure and build cloud architectures and guide others.

• 3-5+ years of experience in AWS/GCP or Azure technologies
• Is likely certified on one or more of the major cloud platforms
• Strong experience from hands-on work with technologies such as Terraform, K8S, Docker and orchestration of containers.
• Ability to guide and lead internal agile teams on cloud technology
• Background from the financial services industry or similar critical operational experience

Functional Experience:

5+ years of work experience, bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field, develop applications for cloud computing, design, maintain and operate cloud systems/microservices and applications, keep cloud systems secure, fully tested and integrated with all the other products/applications, understand the language of business and develop to address the business’s needs.

Technical Skills Required:

Minimum 6 year of hands-on Java (including Java 11) programming; Experience and knowledge of open-source software, frameworks around server-side development in Java 11; wide and deep understanding of Java ecosystem, monitoring and diagnosis, Spring Boot.
