We are seeking a passionate Territory Sales Manager with excellent communication skills and a deep understanding of agricultural products. You will manage the entire territory and build relationships from the ground up with farmers, distributors, and channel partners.

📈 Key Responsibilities

● Sales: Drive sales by onboarding farmers, distributors, and channel partners within the territory.

● Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with distributors and channel partners, serving as their primary point of contact for all financial matters.

● Demand Generation: Participate in early morning demand generation meetings.

● Daily Review: Attend night meetings for progress tracking.

● Collections: Manage collections from channel partners. 

📃 Requirements

● BSc / MSc in Agriculture

● 2 - 4 years of experience in agri-inputs or micro irrigation

● Strong understanding of credit periods, channel margins, dealer and distributor margins, and credit limits

● Experience with direct farmer interactions

● Strong commercial acumen

Implementing complex react components 

API Integration.

• Handling customer queries on Web Chat, E-mails and Social Media
• Educate current and potential customers with product and service information
• Maintain accurate customer records
• Identify and escalate priority issues to the Team Leader and Ops Team
• Actively participate in team meetings

• Handle all queries in a polite, professional manner
• Probe and troubleshoot customer queries, and provide a suitable and satisfactory solution.
• Educate customers on services and processes.
• Escalate any issues to the Team Leader.
• Achieve agreed KPIs and Objectives.
• Adhere strictly to shift schedules.
• Adhere to laid down internal policies, procedures and processes.
• Work collaboratively with the team.
• Candidates from voice/non- voice both will be fine. 
  Experience with the SAAS model will be an added advantage. 
  Ecommerce background will be an added advantage. 
  Communication skills should be good in verbal and written communication.

We have a tight product roadmap that needs enthusiastic people to solve problems in the realm of software development and computer vision systems. Responsibilities

• Working with the research team to develop, evaluate and optimize various state of the art algorithms.
• Deploying high performance, readable, and reliable code on edge devices or any other target environments.
• Continuously exploring new frameworks and identifying ways to incorporate those in the product.
• Collaborating with the core team to bring ideas to life and keep pace with the latest research in Computer Vision, Deep Learning etc.

Minimum Qualifications, Skills and Competencies

• B.E/B.Tech or Masters in Computer Science, Mathematics or relevant experience
• 3+ years of experience in computer vision algorithms like - sfm/SLAM, optical flow, visual-inertial odometry
• Experience in sensor fusion (camera, imu, lidars) and in probabilistic filters - EKF, UKF
• Proficiency in programming - C++ and algorithms
• Strong mathematical understanding - linear algebra, 3d-geometry, probability.

Preferred Qualifications, Skills and Competencies

• Proven experience in optical flow, multi-camera geometry, 3D reconstruction
• Strong background in Machine Learning and Deep Learning frameworks.
