Executive Assistant to Managing Director –

This job is to support the Managing Director (MD) in day-to-day work and help things run smoothly.

Location- Pune (Hadapsar)

Only Male candidates

Main work includes:

• Managing the MD’s daily schedule, meetings, and appointments
• Answering phone calls and emails, taking messages, and sharing important information with the MD
• Helping with VIP customers, special catering orders, and important reservations
• Writing emails, letters, reports, and presentations as instructed by the MD
• Keeping important and confidential documents safe and well-organized
• Making travel and hotel bookings for the MD and senior staff
• Coordinating with suppliers and vendors (including overseas) for orders, payments, and follow-ups
• Helping the MD with new projects, store launches, and business expansion
• Following up with employees on tasks given by the MD and checking deadlines
• Helping with office, store, and outlet maintenance work
• Doing basic research and preparing information when needed
• Training new employees who work closely with the MD’s office
• 
  

Working rules:

• Work 9 hours per day as per shift
• One weekly off (any day from Monday to Sunday)
• If you work on your weekly off, you will get a compensatory off within 30 days
• Management can make changes if needed

Roles and Responsibilities

• Building an environment for the creative team to work in and overseeing their ideas and projects

• taking responsibility for the creative philosophy and the standard of output across the agency or department

• developing ideas for advertising or promotional campaigns

• pitching concepts to clients if you work at an agency, or presenting to directors if you work in-house

• overseeing several projects from start to finish, keeping to deadlines, and signing off on these projects before they are presented

• liaising with clients to keep them informed and to highlight any issues

• understanding the commercial aspects of the agency or marketing department

• hiring and managing the creative team.

• 5+ years of working experience in the technologies like Angular6 or higher, NodeJS & MySQL, AWS Cloud Services
• Strong Hands-on with any Enterprise Programming Language (Python/.Net) in past
• Experience with architecting, designing, and debugging MEAN, full-stack based enterprise software
• Should have expertise in designing relational database tables & writing SQL Queries, Stored Procedures, and Functions.
• Ability to handle small teams and mentor them.
• Ability to analyze, design, and build object-oriented, component-based applications.
• Extensive experience in the design, planning, and implementation of complex large-scale enterprise solutions using distributed teams within process-oriented organizations.
• Experience developing and deploying applications on Linux based operating systems
• Willingness to experiment with new and latest tools and technologies.
• Experience in Banking, Credit Card Payments, and Gateways domain would be an advantage. ·
