Criteria:

• Strong DevOps / Infrastructure Engineer Profiles.
• Must have 4+ years of hands-on experience working as a DevOps Engineer / Infrastructure Engineer / SRE / DevOps Consultant.
• Must have hands-on experience with Kubernetes and Docker, including deployment, scaling, or containerized application management.
• Must have experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) or configuration management tools such as Terraform, Ansible, Chef, or Puppet.
• Must have strong automation and scripting experience using Python, Go, Bash, Shell, or similar scripting languages.
• Must have working experience with distributed databases or data systems such as MongoDB, Redis, Cassandra, Elasticsearch, or Kafka.
• Candidate must demonstrate strong expertise in at least one of the following areas - Databases / Distributed Data Systems, Observability & Monitoring, CI/CD Pipelines. Networking Concepts, Kubernetes / Container Platforms
• Candidates must be from B2C Product-based companies only.
• (Education) – BE / B.Tech or equivalent

Job Description 

As a DevOps Engineer, you will be working on building and operating infrastructure at scale, designing and implementing a variety of tools to enable product teams to build and deploy their services independently, improving observability across the board, and designing for security, resiliency, availability, and stability. Job Responsibilities:

• Own end-to-end infrastructure right from non-prod to prod environment including self-managed DBs
• Codify our infrastructure
• Do what it takes to keep the uptime above 99.99%
• Understand the bigger picture and sail through the ambiguities
• Scale technology considering cost and observability and manage end-to-end processes
• Understand DevOps philosophy and evangelize the principles across the organization
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to break down the silos

Key Responsibilities:

• Keyword Research: Conduct thorough keyword research using SEO tools like Google Keyword Planner, SEMrush, and Ahrefs to identify target keywords for optimization.
• On-Page Optimization: Assist in optimizing web pages for SEO, including improving title tags, meta descriptions, headers, and internal linking.
• Content Optimization: Collaborate with the content team to optimize website content, blog posts, and landing pages to ensure they are search-engine friendly.
• Technical SEO Support: Assist in monitoring site performance and troubleshooting SEO-related issues like page speed, mobile-friendliness, and site architecture.
• SEO Audits: Conduct basic SEO audits and analyze websites for performance improvements, including broken links, duplicate content, and other technical factors.
• Competitor Analysis: Analyze competitor websites and their SEO strategies to uncover new opportunities for improvement.
• Link Building: Assist in identifying and reaching out for potential backlink opportunities to increase website authority.
• Reporting: Track SEO performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other tools to generate insights and monthly reports.
• Stay Updated: Keep up with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and industry best practices to ensure our strategies are always up to date.

The key skills and expertise needed are:

1. eCommerce/Retail experience can be optional but needs to have experience with any high volume customer facing web/mobile site

2. Web Development, Front End Development, AND In the browser performance profiling

3. Java, Spring Boot, React, Node, Redux, Webpack, Microservices, AND experience with AWS technologies to make the overall application stack more resilient

4. Performance Profiling of web/mobile experiences and experience with working in CICD environment

5. Experience working with Web based and mobile ecommerce sites or similar public facing websites with high customer volume

6. Needs to be able to work at the code level doing performance profile to evaluate how the website and associated digital platform is built to find performance improvement opportunities

• Set up Manage Drip Marketing Sequence.
• Implement automation using ChatBot.
• Connect Whatsapp with the website and implement Whatsapp API also.
• Connect SMS Tool using API through website & CRM.

• Connect Every channel to set up an Integrated Marketing Campaign

• Strong in Java and OPPs (Object Oriented Programming) Concept
• Knowledge of Android SDK and NDK
• Knowledge of JSON and XML
• Android Mobile Development Life Cycle
• Knowledge of SQLite
• Good if Communicating with the server using REST APIs
• Should be work in agile methodology
• Master into research and development task for some major function
• Good Problem solving skills

What you would be expected to do:

• Gather, prioritize and refine requirements while keeping team members well informed
• Create Use Cases, Flow Charts, Mock Screens, PRDs for business requirements, user requirements, functional & non-functional requirements and system requirements
• Rolling out of new products/apps/automations and resolving stakeholder queries/issues
• Automate business processes using tools like Zapier/Google Scripts, other automation tools
• Collaborate with cross-functional groups and assist in the entire product lifecycle from design to development to launch
• Responsible for testing of applications/solutions/web panels at various stages of the lifecycle
• Working with the development team/or independently on integrations (using 3rd party tools to create mobile applications)
• Travel as per company requirement to places including but not limited to Kenya, Uganda, Nigeria, Myanmar and Tanzania

Job Description
