Position Overview: 

We are looking for a Full Stack Developer (3–5 years) who can go beyond code to understand and solve real business problems. This role requires someone who is equally comfortable writing efficient, scalable software and articulating complex ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. A successful candidate will combine solid development skills with logical reasoning, solution-oriented thinking, and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams. 

Job Description:

1. Application Development: 

∙ Design and develop scalable and maintainable web applications using C#, ASP.NET, MVC, and MS SQL. 

∙ Implement user interfaces with React and modern JavaScript to create intuitive user experiences. 

∙ Apply a solution-oriented approach to translate business requirements into clean, reliable code. 

2. Database Management: 

∙ Write, review, and optimize SQL queries for data-heavy operations with a focus on performance and accuracy. 

∙ Contribute to database design, ensuring consistency, security, and scalability.

3. Collaboration & Teamwork: 

∙ Work closely with product managers, designers, QA, and other developers to shape technical solutions that address real-world logistics challenges. 

∙ Actively participate in sprint planning, whiteboard discussions, and design sessions to drive clarity and alignment across teams. 

4. Code Quality & Debugging: 

∙ Follow best practices for clean code, version control, and documentation. 

∙ Diagnose complex bugs, conduct root cause analysis, and implement robust fixes. ∙ Technology Innovation: 

∙ Stay current with new technologies and development practices to continuously improve product quality.

∙ Contribute ideas for architectural improvements, refactoring opportunities, and better engineering processes. 

Ideal Candidate Requirements: 

∙ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field 

∙ 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in software development using any of the following: C#, ASP.NET, React, JavaScript, SQL 

∙ Strong interest in building full-stack applications and working in a product-driven environment

The Role

• Diligently follow up on leads, utilizing our CRM to track interactions and progress with prospective students.
• Work closely with our marketing team to enhance lead generation strategies using a data-driven approach.
• Engage in promotional activities such as educational fairs, webinars, and seminars to advocate for our services and New Zealand as a prime study destination.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets on a monthly and quarterly basis.

Requirements

• Demonstrable sales experience, preferably within the education sector or similar fields.
• Exceptional communication skills, characterized by the ability to convey information clearly, logically, and persuasively without relying on complex vocabulary or specific accents.
• Proficiency in using smart sales automation tools and a data-driven methodology to increase customer satisfaction and conversion rates.
• Comprehensive knowledge of the Indian educational system and the unique needs of students looking to study abroad.
• Familiarity with New Zealand’s educational system and visa regulations is preferred.
• Fluent in English and at least one major Indian language (e.g., Hindi, Punjabi).
• Capable of working autonomously in a remote environment.

We are seeking a skilled PHP Developer with expertise in Laravel and WordPress to join our team. As a PHP Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining web applications using PHP frameworks, primarily Laravel, and working with WordPress for content management system (CMS) projects.
