Human Resources (HR) Executive

About the Role:- Knytra is a Delhi-based emerging streetwear brand creating modern, accessible apparel and accessories for a new generation. This internship supports its growing team by keeping recruitment organized, candidate communication timely, and onboarding coordinated.

Key responsibilities:-

• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates against role requirements.

• Schedule interviews and keep candidates and interviewers informed. • Maintain accurate hiring trackers, pipeline stages, and next actions

• Support joining documentation and onboarding coordination.

Who should apply:-

• Undergraduate or postgraduate students; final-year candidates are preferred

• Strong spoken and written English, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

• Working knowledge of MS Excel and genuine interest in HR or recruitment

• Available remotely for the full two-month engagement.

Availability :- Working hours follow the HR shift selected in your Offer. The selected shift and schedule will be communicated before joining. Compensation:- This is an unpaid internship. A ₹5,000 incentive may be awarded for extraordinary performance. This incentive is discretionary and not guaranteed.

Completion certificate:- Any internship completion or experience certificate is subject to satisfactory completion of the applicable internship requirements and handover.
