Business Development Manager

Role: Core infrastructure for two global applications.

Key responsibilities:

Heavy Data Lifting: Designing and maintaining complex MongoDB aggregation pipelines and executing high-volume bulk updates.

Systems Connectivity: Managing the lifecycle of Bridges, WebSockets, and REST APIs for global traffic.

Global Reliability: Troubleshooting performance regressions, managing SSL/TLS certificates, and optimizing AWS S3/EC2 resources.

Core Logic: Implementing server-side push notifications, custom payment flows, and background Cron orchestration.

Requirements (Must Have)

Production Experience: Proven experience managing backend services for live, high-traffic applications. (Must have)

Note: Learning projects, bootcamps, and online courses will not be considered.

Python Mastery: Expert-level proficiency in backend Python development. (Must have)

MongoDB Expertise: Deep knowledge of Aggregations and Bulk operations. (Must have)

AWS Proficiency: Direct experience with S3 and EC2 in a production setting. (Must have)

Infrastructure Logic: Ability to manage SSL/Encryption and optimize resource allocation (Cron vs. API). (Must have)

Qualifications & Experience: -

• Must have a bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field (or equivalent degree and experience).
• 2+ years providing customer-facing technical support (ITOM applications).
• Good Communication Skills.

To be successful in this role, we need someone who has:

• Ability to comprehend, modify server-side object-oriented JavaScript, Unix Shell scripting and Windows scripting and PowerShell.
• Ability in server administration across OS platforms (Windows/Unix). Including understanding of user permission levels, domain configuration, group policy objects and execution of SUDO Policies.
• Understanding of protocols such as HTTP, TCP, FTP/SFTP, SOAP and REST, Experience with troubleshooting tools such as Wireshark, Traceroute.
• Strong troubleshooting/root cause isolation skills
• Demonstrated creative problem-solving approach and strong analytical skills
• Must be proficient with analyzing log files and standard debugging concepts.
• Familiarity with tools & practices of the trade such as incident management, knowledge base, defect & escalation management.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).

Preferred: - 

• Solid understanding of object-oriented programming skills (Java strongly preferred)
• A fundamental understanding of ITOM, CMDB and ITIL business process. 
• Experience providing web development support is highly desirable.
• Previous experience working with the ServiceNow platform (Asset Management, Orchestration, Discovery, Mid Server, BSM Map & Service Mapping).
• Understanding of JavaScript or any other scripting language with logical approach for given problem statement.
• Previous experience in software development(or) software consulting.
• Experience supporting and troubleshooting infrastructure level issues.

Your role will involve understanding the details of and around the product and articulate them in clear, concise and illustrated manner. This role requires a high level of creativity and attention to detail. You must be able to distil complex information into clear, concise text.

You must have a sound experience with Enterprise SaaS products & knack and love for writing, a comprehensive understanding of the technical products, and experience in blogging to achieve business goals.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with developers, designers, product managers, marketers, subject matter experts and other influencers to obtain an in-depth understanding of the product and the documentation requirements Determine the needs of end users of technical documentation and work closely with technology and business team to make products easier to use. This involves Feature Guides, FAQs, Onboarding Guides, Help Documentation, Troubleshooting Guides, Training Manuals, Release Notes and other documentation Design infographics, develop feature walkthrough videos and other engaging content to impart product knowledge to various stakeholders Audit and update the content regularly to ensure relevance with incremental product feature releases, customer use cases, support issues and other internal developments Execute the Content Calendar by building and delivering on the roadmap set by the management Work closely with the creative teams to represent the content in the most suitable visual format Suggest ways to further improve the quality of the documentation

Requirements:

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science or Information Technology, Arts or Communication 8 to 10 years of experience in technical content writing with minimum 4 years of experience in SaaS products Exceptional technical writing and editing skills, as well as the ability to adopt the style, tone, and voice of our business' various types of content Demonstrable active presence in online communities such as blogs, discussion forums, LinkedIn articles, Tweets, Quora answers Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and make them easily understandable to users in the form of text, images, videos, infographics Ability to identify issues, challenges, and gaps associated with the content Ability to understand briefs and translate briefs into high-quality product collaterals Passion for technology, communication and strong understanding of the industry and organization’s mission Basic understanding of web technologies and programming languages to publish viral tech blogs Excellent command over written and verbal communication Good leadership and team handling experince. Adept at Multitasking, creative thinking and working independently

• Experience with Web Components and Custom Elements
• Understanding of data visualization concepts and technologies (SVG, D3.js)
• Familiarity with JavaScript build tools such as Webpack.
