- Good knowledge of VOIP protocols such as ICE, H.323, SIP, and Silk including troubleshooting
- Experience in configuring and troubleshooting Session Border Controller.
- Knowledge of concepts such as CAC (Call-admission-Control), Emergency Calling, Auto Attendant, Call queue, Call quality Dashboards, Media Bypass.
- Understanding of Microsoft Phone system infrastructure and its elements.
- Good Understanding of Microsoft Teams PowerShell commands & Scripting.
- Support the operation of Microsoft voice network services and perform voice-related MACDs
- Basic Understanding of AudioCodes IP Phones.
- Basic Understanding of Network concepts such as TCP/IP, UDP, Subnetting.
- Knowledge of O365 & Azure is a plus.
FORMAL EDUCATION AND TRAINING
- Degree in engineering or related qualification
- 5-10 years of practical experience in a similar role is a must
- AudioCodes Certified Associate (ACA) certification is a big plus.
