Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical and mechanical systems to ensure smooth plant operations. The role requires hands-on experience in preventive maintenance, breakdown maintenance, equipment inspection, and adherence to safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Breakdown Maintenance

Attend machine and equipment breakdowns promptly.

Diagnose and rectify electrical and mechanical faults.

Minimize downtime by carrying out effective repairs and corrective actions.

Preventive Maintenance

Perform scheduled preventive maintenance activities on production equipment and utilities.

Conduct routine inspections to identify potential issues before they lead to equipment failure.

Ensure all maintenance activities are completed as per maintenance schedules.

Equipment Maintenance

Carry out lubrication, alignment, and servicing of machines and equipment.

Maintain motors, pumps, gearboxes, compressors, and other industrial machinery.

Inspect and maintain electrical panels, wiring, switches, and control systems.

Documentation & Reporting

Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections.

Update maintenance logbooks and equipment history sheets.

Report recurring issues and suggest improvement measures.

Safety & Compliance

Follow company safety procedures and maintenance standards.

Ensure proper use of tools, PPE, and maintenance equipment.

Support workplace housekeeping and 5S initiatives.

Required Qualifications:

ITI (Fitter/Electrician) or equivalent technical qualification.

2–3 years of experience in maintenance within a manufacturing or industrial environment.

Hardware Engineering

• Design and optimize airframes (multi-rotor, fixed-wing, hybrid) using lightweight composites and advanced aerodynamics.
• Develop and integrate propulsion systems, payload modules, batteries, and custom PCBs.
• Implement sensor fusion systems (LiDAR, GPS, cameras, IMUs, radar, RF) for navigation and mapping.
• Ensure compliance with safety, EMI/EMC, thermal, and environmental standards.

Hardware Engineers

• B.E./M.E. in Aerospace, Mechanical, Electronics, or Robotics.
• 3 - 5+ years in UAV/robotics design and prototyping.
• Strong CAD & simulation skills (SolidWorks, CATIA, ANSYS).
• Hands-on experience with avionics, PCBs, propulsion, RF, and power systems.

Who You Are

• Well versed in programming languages such as R or Python with experience using libraries such as pandas, scikit-learn, tensor flow .
• Experience with SQL and relational databases for data extraction and manipulation.
• Experience using a variety of Machine Learning techniques for Predictive Modeling, Classification, Natural Language Processing (including Large Language Models), Content Recommendation Systems, Time Series Techniques

Windchill Developer - Senior

Position Description:

We are looking for best and the brightest to join our team of IT professionals. The role is responsible to address technical and functional questions, gather requirements, resolve defects, provide end-user support, and develop new functionality for Windchill PLM with configurations or customizations in keeping with Windchill PLM best practices. Position requires Windchill customization and code development experience

Overall responsibilities include:

·       Establishes relationships with subject matter experts (SMEs) to understand complex business problems, performing application analysis and development for software implementation projects
