JOB OVERVIEW

The Principal Analyst, SAP Controlling will be the functional lead for retail processes and capabilities and be an advocate for both business and technology decisions within our global IT organization.

This position is responsible for the design and management of business system solutions for Callaway Golf. We leverage ECC and SAP S/4. The incumbent will partner with corporate IT, business leaders and stakeholders to identify solutions to business needs, leveraging technology to add value to the company. 

Must have superior business relationship skills and functional knowledge with change management experience. Our company is going through a technology evolution and this role will be key to many of these initiatives. This role will need to be a strong team leader who can develop their own resources while building strong cross-team collaboration and solutions.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide solutions for business needs in all areas of the company.
• Coordinate with corporate IT, vendors and business users on project deliverables
• Manage the design, development and implementation of global business solutions.

• Manage the design for a matrix of plants and retail location and the related inventory movements

Senior Engineer – Cloud & AI" to drive the development through deployment of cutting-edge cloud-native AI solutions. This role requires a combination of deep technical expertise in Microsoft Azure, strong DevOps and CI/CD practices, and an engineering mindset focused on delivering impactful and value-centric solutions. The ideal candidate is a collaborative team player who thrives in both research-oriented problem solving and timeline-driven execution. The individual comes with a proven background on deploying Generative AI workloads (LLM’s, LVM’s, TTS, Speech to Text etc.) cloud native, with “Security by design” using Commercial (for ex: Azure OpenAI), or Open-source (for ex: Llama, Mistral etc.) models. REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

Bachelor's degree (Masters Degree preferred) in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields 5+ years of experience in Cloud & AI 2+ years on Generative AI, Experience in integrating AI/ML models into cloud solutions Deep understanding of Azure services, including but not limited to Azure Virtual Machines, Azure Container Apps Environment, Azure Machine Learning, Azure Functions, and Azure Cognitive Services Experience working with Generative AI Frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, etc Hands-on experience with IaC tools such as Terraform, ARM templates, or Bicep

We seek a skilled and motivated Azure DevOps engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines, automate deployments, and optimize cloud infrastructure using Azure DevOps tools and services. You will collaborate closely with development and IT teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of software solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.
