JS FULL-STACK TEAM LEAD

We are in search of a young and energetic team lead for our engineers with 3-4 years of experience. Technical prowess in the below areas are must haves

• Full stack development experience in NodeJs backend with React/React Native front end
• Experience in working with Git flow, unit and end-to-end test cases. CI/CD pipelines and deployment to AWS infrastructure
• Proficient in designing and building webapps/mobile with structured/unstructured database systems
• Have an eye for detail and advocate for a good end user experience
• Exposure to agile development

 If you have team leading experience under your belt, that would be a plus. Candidates need to have good communication skills (verbal and written), be proactive and have a go getter attitude. On the job, you will have to 

• Ensure the business requirements are met with respect to functional and technical specifications established
• Guide, mentor, and help out younger team members
• Do code reviews and ensure there are minimal to no tech debts
• Design and review technical architecture, unit test cases and CI CD pipeline
• Collaborate with designers, business analysts, and contribute to product development at the organizational level
• Test and deploy solutions and work with our QA team to squash those nasty bugs
• Iterate and improve code design and clear off technical debt such as test coverage and technical design improvements

Job Requirements

Technical Requirements

•   Experience working within Agile development environments.
•   Experience with Node.js, PHP, Laravel, React.js, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3.
•   Experience with Redux, Redux Saga
•   OAuth and JWT Tokens experience is a plus.
•   Experience with the Next.js and Nest.js framework is a plus.
• Advanced Laravel Experience (Middleware, Collections, Policies, and Service Containers).
•   Experience with unit testing (PHP Unit).
•   Experience with MySQL profiling and query optimization.
•   Solid working experience building RESTful APIs.
•   Active experience integrating custom code with 3rd party web services.
•   Hands-on experience with tools such as Git and Jira.
•   Experience working in the AWS (Amazon Web Services) ecosystem.

•   Work with a team of developers, BA, PM, QA, etc. to execute strategies and implement solutions to build quality business software applications.

•   Develop front-end and back-end components for large data-driven applications.
•   Review features requests, provide feedback, and develop/maintain features for web applications. 
•   Document your development process and development components. 
•   Work with other developers to complete tasks and share ideas.

We are looking for a Salesforce Commerce Cloud Developer who is interested in joining a vibrant, fun and cutting-edge organization in our Ahmedabad, India office, to contribute to overall B2C strategy while taking full ownership of designing, engineering, and delivering B2C commerce capabilities across the enterprise.  This individual will work with US colleagues and India tech leads to execute CBI’s B2C strategy from our Ahmedabad, India office.

Job Responsibilities:

• Design and implement multiple ecommerce sites (currently on Magento or Shopify)
• Implement feature enhancements to new and existing sites
• Implement 3^rd party integrations
• Collaborate with technical leaders in both India and US
• Implement best practices as related to SFCC

Qualifications and Skills:

• Certification in Salesforce Commerce Cloud highly preferred
• Prior experience with full lifecycle development in ecommerce environment using SFCC
• Prior experience integrating to ecommerce system components (e.g. CMS, DAM, PIM, OMS, and ERP)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work effectively with non-technical personnel
• Years of Related Professional Experience: 3
• Bachelor's Degree in computer science or similar degrees
• 3 years’ experience in implementing Salesforce Commerce Cloud B2C (Demandware) solutions
• 3 years hands-on experience in web technologies including: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSON, AJAX, JQuery, Bootstrap, MVC, web analytics, XML, web services (SOAP/REST), and open source packages/libraries 
• Experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud B2C Storefront Reference Architecture (SFRA)
• Experience source control and collaboration tools such as AzureDevOps, Jira, Confluence, and git
• Experience with web frameworks, interactive web development, responsive web design
• Experience with site speed optimization
