About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and relationship-driven Customer Success Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our key clients, helping to drive engagement, retention, and account growth. You’ll combine strategic thinking, data analysis, and financial acumen to ensure our clients receive maximum value from TIFIN’s offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and manage relationships with key accounts, building strong rapport and long-term trust.
- Act as the first point of contact for any client issues, ensuring quick resolution and seamless communication.
- Drive client engagement by delivering regular check-ins, presentations, and performance reviews.
- Identify and capitalize on upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.
- Collaborate with internal teams (product, tech, sales) to align solutions with client needs.
- Monitor key success metrics, analyze data, and provide actionable insights to clients.
- Contribute to strategic planning, client retention initiatives, and growth strategies.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by advocating for the client within TIFIN.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or similar client-facing roles, preferably in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Prior experience in finance, fintech, or investment management is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to build and manage key client relationships, drive account growth, and ensure client satisfaction.
- Strong data analytics skills – must be comfortable working with dashboards, interpreting data, and using insights to influence strategy and decision-making.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain complex/technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Proven success in managing multiple accounts and balancing diverse stakeholder needs.
- Highly strategic and solution-oriented, with a strong problem-solving mindset.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- Familiarity with tools like Excel, Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or other analytics/dashboard platforms is an added advantage.
