Job Description 

Responsibilities: 

∙Work as part of K&A Power & Renewable - Distribution team 

∙Delivery of power distribution infra projects. 

∙Diligent check and review of the deliverables to assure quality. 

∙Deliver projects on time to meet project schedule. 

Requirements 

Essential qualifications: 

∙Bachelor Degree in Electrical & Electronics/ Electrical Engineering from a 

recognized University. 

∙Minimum 5-8 years’ relevant design experience in dry utilities engineering 

environment with Vendors, Contractors or Design Consultancies in 

infrastructure projects. 

∙Middle east projects work experience in dry utilities.  

∙Knowledge of IEC/IEEE Standards 

∙Well aware of Medium Voltage and Low Voltage Power distribution and 

planning.  

∙Working knowledge of software Civil 3D, ETAP, AUTO CAD and Dialux. 

∙Well aware of using Dialux software for outdoor street lighting calculation. 

∙Well aware of Pump Stations Electrical design works  

∙Able to independently work on project deliverables from base design stage to 

detailed designs. 

∙Excellent English communication skills within the engineering environment

within the infrastructure projects (Dry utilities).

Job Title: Consultant - SDR / Inside Sales / Business Development

Job Overview:

As a Sales Development Consultant, you will be at the forefront of our sales efforts. You will be responsible for generating and nurturing leads, initiating meaningful interactions, and setting the stage for our sales team to succeed, all while operating within the US time zone.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Prospecting:

o Identify and prospect potential customers and leads through various tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator / Apollo / Lusha / Zoom Info

o Tailor outreach efforts based on lead characteristics and requirements.

Lead Qualification:

o Evaluate and qualify leads to ensure they meet predefined criteria and are ready for engagement by the sales team.

o Gather essential information to facilitate the sales process.

Ideal Customer Profiling:

o Prospect leads based on the ideal customer profile (ICP) and business requirements defined by the sales and marketing teams.

o Align sales efforts with our target customer segments.

Meeting Scheduling and Follow-Up:

o Initiate contact with potential customers to schedule product/service demonstrations and meetings.

o Maintain diligent follow-up to ensure appointments are attended and opportunities are maximized.

LinkedIn Outreach:

o Engage in strategic outreach on LinkedIn to connect with professionals, share valuable content, and build relationships.

• You’ll be our Product Champ in all areas. Providing solutions to different problems of clients by taking help of different internal tools, coordinating with Tech Support (this is one team with whom you’ll be working the most), Network operations, Customer Success, Product and Finance teams.

• Strong knowledge in MongoDB, MySQL administration having 7+ years hands-on experience
• Hands on experience with Redis
• Strong knowledge in physical database design concepts
• Strong knowledge in High Availability configuration on databases with Master-Slave and Master-Master replication
• Experience with performance optimization (server/ query tuning)
• Good Scripting knowledge in shell scripts
• Must have good knowledge of Performance tuning of MYSQL databases
• Must have good knowledge of database up-gradation
• Understanding of Backup & Recovery

Qualifications & Responsibilities

Year of Experience : 3- 8 yrs

Work on ISO 27001 & NIST based Information Security Management System implementation and sustenance.

-          Responsible for SOX (IT Security Controls) and track the monthly/quarterly/annual control reports and drive effectiveness of SOX controls.

-          Work on Business Continuity Planning, IT Disaster Recovery as per ISO27001 & NIST requirements

-          Assess information security posture, identify the gaps/risks in the existing environment and develop solutions to mitigate the identified gaps/risk

-          Conduct Information Systems audits covering IT infrastructure assets

-          Working knowledge in security domains such as: security governance policies and procedures, risk management, compliance, access control, network security, security architecture, security incident response, disaster recovery, business continuity management, privacy and data protection

-          Experience in leveraging industry standards and frameworks such as ISO/IEC 27001, NIST CSF/800-171, etc.

-          Possesses certifications such as ISO27001 LA. CISSP, CISA certification- preferred

Requirements

• MBA in HR from reputed university/ college with 10+ years of relevant experience
• Must have led HR for at least 5 years
• Knowledge and experience of other HR processes like performance and talent management, R&R, audit/ compliances, Comp & Benefits, HRMS/ HRIS/ ERP, etc. preferred.
• To fit the bill, you must have good exposure to managing the Training and Recruitment function independently with senior stakeholders.
• You must be strategic and at the same time be willing to roll up your sleeves and get the job done.
• People with excellent communication skills and who have led recruitment and training for a decent-sized organization and have delivered excellent results would be considered. High energy professionals would prefer.
