Role & Responsibilities

We are looking for a hands-on AWS Cloud Engineer to support day-to-day cloud operations, automation, and reliability of AWS environments. This role works closely with the Cloud Operations Lead, DevOps, Security, and Application teams to ensure stable, secure, and cost-effective cloud platforms.

Key Responsibilities-

• Operate and support AWS production environments across multiple accounts
• Manage infrastructure using Terraform and support CI/CD pipelines
• Support Amazon EKS clusters, upgrades, scaling, and troubleshooting
• Build and manage Docker images and push to Amazon ECR
• Monitor systems using CloudWatch and third-party tools; respond to incidents
• Support AWS networking (VPCs, NAT, Transit Gateway, VPN/DX)
• Assist with cost optimization, tagging, and governance standards
• Automate operational tasks using Python, Lambda, and Systems Manager

Ideal Candidate

• Strong hands-on AWS experience (EC2, VPC, IAM, S3, ALB, CloudWatch)
• Experience with Terraform and Git-based workflows
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes / EKS
• Experience with CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, etc.)
• Scripting experience in **Python or Bash**
• Understanding of monitoring, incident management, and cloud security basics

Nice to Have-

• AWS Associate-level certifications
• Experience with Karpenter, Prometheus, New Relic
• Exposure to FinOps and cost optimization practices

Strong Customer Success Manager / Implementation Manager / Post-Sales Delivery (B2B SaaS – US Customers) Profiles

Mandatory (Experience 1): Must have 3+ years of experience in Customer Success roles within B2B SaaS companies, primarily working with US-based customers.

Mandatory (Experience 2): Must have experience owning end-to-end customer onboarding and implementations, including requirement discovery, onboarding execution, go-live ownership, and early adoption success

Mandatory (Experience 3): Must have strong project management and customer communication skills, owning onboarding timelines, running regular customer check-ins, managing CXO-level stakeholders, and proactively flagging risks or blockers.

Mandatory (Experience 4): Must have worked in post-sales, non-quota-carrying roles focused on customer success, retention, and long-term relationship management (upsell is not mandatory)

Mandatory (Experience 5): Must have a conceptual understanding of SaaS products and APIs, with the ability to understand workflows, follow integration issues, and coordinate effectively with technical teams (hands-on coding not required).

Mandatory (Note): Must be willing to work in US time zones (approx. 4:30 AM IST onwards, Mon–Fri).

Mandatory (Company): B2B SaaS (Technical complex)

Requirements :

• 1-3 years of experience in React Native, with a proven track record of contributing to moderate to complex product use-cases.
• Mandatory expertise in React Native and JavaScript/Typescript, with good knowledge of the mobile app development ecosystem for Android and iOS.
• Strong knowledge of state management libraries such as Redux, MobX, or similar.
• Implement best practices for mobile app development, including performance optimization, security, and user experience.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to inspire and mentor team members.

• Maintaining day to day books of Accounts and General Ledger Accounting
• Maintaining Bank Reconciliation Statements and Reconciliation of all Debtors & Creditors.
• Managing Payment of TDS & Filing of E-TDS Returns Quarterly, Payment & Filing of any other Statutory Payments (PF, Profession Tax etc.)
• Maintaining cash transactions & petty cash book, day to day cash & bank transactions, online payments (Staff Salary & other expenses)
• Managing vendor accounts, preparation of cheques, online payments
• Handling Debtors collection & follow-up
• Ensuring Finalization of Balance-sheet & P&L Account

What you need to have:

• 5-7 years of web application and web site development with Drupal (corporate web sites, ecommerce sites, portals, mobile sites).
• 4+ years managing web application projects.
• Thorough understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (e.g. Requirements, Design, Development, Testing) and exposure to Agile or iterative SDLCs.
• Experience with one or more modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular, Vue) React preferred
• Experience writing semantic, responsive HTML.
• Experience writing object-oriented PHP.
• Experience implementing web solutions in Drupal and PHP.
• Experience with Drupal’s theme layer.
• Experience with Drupal’s module system and experience writing or extending modules.

Role Description:

As a QA Engineer for all applications at Radiusagent (both web and mobile), you will conduct comprehensive black box QA testing. You will help engineers and customer service representatives triage difficult bugs, build reproducible test cases and investigate complex issues

Responsibilities

• Independently utilize innovative test methodologies to develop test plans and test strategies.

• You will help design, develop and execute automation scripts. (Appium/Selenium) and extend the automation library and framework.

• You will be working on Selenium/Appium.

• You will be involved in DB testing ( SQL)

• You will work efficiently in a multi-project agile environment

• You will be working on performance, security and scalability testing

• You will be working on troubleshooting apps using analytics data, crash reports, and user error reports.
