Pivelabs, an AI-powered SaaS startup for the global digital marketing industry, is seeking a passionate Marketing Specialist. This role involves owning and executing growth initiatives by identifying and scaling alternative acquisition channels to drive awareness, sign-ups, and revenue.

The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for understanding target audiences and implementing marketing strategies across various digital channels.

The ideal candidate will possess 2+ years of digital marketing experience, specifically in cold email outreach, influencer collaborations, directory listings, newsletters and executing partnerships. Experience with paid ads and SEO is also beneficial. This role involves managing and coordinating budgets, planning calendars, assets, materials, and approvals. A strong understanding of marketing principles, coupled with communication skills and a passion for delivering best-in-class digital marketing, is essential.

How will you make an impact?

• Develop and execute outbound marketing campaigns against targeted audiences from execution to campaign analysis.
• Facilitate teams' campaign operations and workflow deadlines, deliverables and processes to ensure successful and on-time campaign execution.
• Support the Marketing team by monitoring KPIs (such as website traffic, top-of-funnel conversions, ad performance, and revenue) and informing on findings
• Perform analysis of key business metrics to evaluate success and growth opportunities

What You’ll Bring

Responsibilities

 Develop an effective test suite based on the FPGA requirements.

 Testbench architecture with System Verilog and UVM

 Develop test environments based on the architecture.

 Develop Agents, Drivers, Monitors, Predictors, Scoreboard, and Sequences etc.

 Actively participate in a team environment, working with verification,

architecture, applications, and design teams to develop comprehensive

verification plans and address issues.

 Verification environment development/update for block level and system level.

 Own and drive verification related activities, provide technical support, and

proactively manage tasks to meet schedule goals.

 Define and develop effective functional assertions and coverpoints

 Debug the design issues and report through appropriate tools

 Code Coverage analysis and test case identification for improving the code

coverage.

 Perform timing simulations.

 Apply techniques and skills required to identify a root cause of a given issue and

very good debugging skills.

 Technical guidance to the junior engineers on verification tasks.

Qualifications

 Bachelor's/Master's degree in Engineering (Electronics and Communication or

VLSI )

 10+ years of Industry experience in development, integration & verification of

ASIC/FPGA.

 Protocols – PCIe, SPI, ARINC 429, Mil 1553, Image processing or similar.

 Hands on experience in developing System Verilog/UVM verification

environment from scratch.

 Hands on experience with Questa or similar advanced simulation tools.

 Hands on experience in DO-254 verification process.

 Experience in DOORS/Jama will be a plus.

 Experience in Video domain will be a plus.

The ideal candidate must demonstrate strong artistic and storytelling ability and possess foundational knowledge of processes, tools, and building blocks of XR – AR/VR, Metaverse. They must also have experience in end-to-end modeling, UV unwrapping, texturing and rendering. The candidate should be proficient in a variety of digital 2D and 3D software programs such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Maya, Blender, etc. This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about designing photo-realistic virtual worlds and has 3-5 years of experience as a concept artist or graphic designer.

Responsibilities:

• Create avatar concepts, assets, world-building, materials and texture definition, and environments for photo-realistic virtual worlds
• Use traditional tools and technology to create designs in 2D/3D
• Collaborate with team members and work to a brief by understanding creative briefs, then considering elements such as context, timescales, and creative constraints when solving tasks
• Demonstrate an understanding of technical art production and end-to-end modeling, UV unwrapping, texturing, and rendering
• Develop assets and designs in line with project requirements and timelines
• Ensure all designs are optimized for performance and meet project requirements
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies

Requirements:

• A portfolio of work demonstrating strong artistic and storytelling ability
• Foundational knowledge of processes, tools, and building blocks of XR – AR/VR, Metaverse
• Excellent sketching abilities for rough conceptualization
• Proficient in a variety of digital 2D and 3D software programs (not limited to Photoshop, Illustrator, Maya, Blender, etc.)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
• 3 - 5 years of experience as a concept artist or graphic designer preferred
