QA Lead

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Executive with a minimum of 5 years of experience in IT sales to join our team. This role is crucial in driving business growth, establishing and nurturing client relationships, and expanding our footprint in the competitive USA IT market.

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct in-depth research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and market opportunities in the USA IT sector.
2. Develop and implement lead generation strategies, which may include cold calling, targeted email campaigns, networking, and leveraging professional networks.
3. Establish and maintain relationships with C-level executives, IT decision-makers, and key stakeholders to understand their IT needs and challenges.
4. Articulate the value proposition of our IT products and services to potential clients, addressing how our solutions can address their specific business objectives.
5. Create and customize compelling proposals and presentations tailored to clients needs and objectives.
6. Skilfully negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts while ensuring win-win outcomes for both the client and our organization.
7. Identify and collaborate with strategic partners and vendors to enhance our IT product and service offerings and expand our market reach.
8. Meet and exceed revenue and sales targets, driving business growth and market share within the USA IT sector.
9. Gather and provide valuable insights and feedback to shape the development of IT solutions and influence marketing strategies.
10. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, track performance against objectives, and generate regular reports to senior management.
11. Stay updated on emerging IT trends, products, and technologies, and continually enhance product knowledge.

 Qualifications and Skills:

Roles and Responsibility

Create exciting information visualizations enabling the user to instantly understand the data in the right context, spot patterns, trends and relations in a self-service manner. · Collaborate with designers, developers, and external project partners to ensure designs are implemented as effective user experiences. · Participate in, and integrate feedback from user research. · Define and design use cases, workflows and storyboards describing how the user would interact with easy-to-use, data visualization apps. · Identify all elements of interaction and navigation, and lay them out within a screen so they direct the user without confusion or error. · Create consumer grade usable designs using wireframes and prototypes. · Present your designs in team design reviews as well as to the extended group of internal stakeholders. · Participate in iterative design, testing and development sprint cycles to refine the overall product. · Support marketing activities (e.g. collateral development) around the successful launch of emerging solutions on multiple platforms

Responsibilities for Jr. Node JS Developer: 3+yrs

· Should have relevant object-oriented application-building experience in a professional environment.

· Design and implementation of low-latency, high-availability, and performant applications.

· Implementation of security and data protection.

· Thorough understanding of relational databases such as MySQL or similar technologies.

· Excellent coding skills in Node.js, and JavaScript.

· Knowledge of working closely with code versioning tools like git.

Job Description :

You're going to be at the core of our development team. You'll mainly be coding in Node.js. You'll be doing a little bit of everything from writing backend code that communicates with other internal services, to working with APIs, to writing code that controls EC2 instances and so on.

Requirements :
