We are looking for a motivated and result-driven Outreach Specialist with experience in B2B SaaS sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, initiating conversations with potential clients, and supporting the sales pipeline through proactive outreach and follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute daily outbound cadence: 30 LinkedIn connections, 40 cold emails, 20 follow-up calls
• Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify and connect with ICP decision-makers (HR Heads, CHROs, MDs)
• Run personalized 5-touch email sequences using sales engagement tools
• Qualify leads using BANT framework and book demos for the presales team
• Maintain accurate CRM records: all activities, notes, pipeline stages logged daily
• Collaborate with marketing on campaign messaging, lead magnet distribution, and ABM campaigns
• Hit weekly targets: 6-8 demos booked, 20-25 SQLs generated per month
• Participate in weekly pipeline reviews and share prospect intelligence

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales or BDR/SDR role.
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator for lead generation.
• Strong communication skills in English and Hindi (both written and verbal).
• Good understanding and working experience with CRM tools.
• Strong prospecting, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
• Ability to meet daily outreach targets and sales activity metrics.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Prepare accurate financial statements including Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow statements using Zoho Books.
2. Manage taxation including GST, TDS, and Income Tax compliance.
3. Ensure adherence to accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
4. Supervise and mentor the accounts team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
5. Participate in budgeting and financial planning to support business objectives.
6. Finalize accounts and coordinate statutory audits with auditors.
7. Analyze financial data to provide insights and recommendations for management.
8. Handle miscellaneous accounting and reporting tasks as required.

Education & Experience:

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce.
2. Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting, preferably in solar, manufacturing, or related sectors.
3. Mandatory: Hands-on experience with Zoho Books.
4. Knowledge of similar accounting tools like Tally, QuickBooks, SAP, or similar is a plus.
5. Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and financial regulations.

A bit about you

You will:

• Develop production-ready code to meet scope of requirements.
• With guidance, update and create documentation as needed for new and existing solutions.
• Participate in code-reviews with comments to improve code quality, stability, and maintainability.
• Create and maintain unit and integration testing solutions. Be able to run your code in lower environments.
• Run tests on the mobile device to ensure code meets requirements
• Watch mobile releases for Android or iOS for features you developed
• Teardown your solutions across multiple environments and platforms.
•  Provide operational support of your deployed code
• Determine issues within your areas of expertise.
• Work with teams across the engineering organization to understand and incorporate client requirements into final solutions.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

You have:

• Bachelor’s degree (4 years) in Computer Science or a related field, OR 5+ years of relevant software development experience.
• 3+ years of professional experience in software engineering.
• 2+ years of hands-on Android application development using Kotlin and Android Studio.
• Experience with modern Android libraries and frameworks, including Jetpack components (e.g., Navigation, Room, ViewModel, LiveData), Retrofit for networking, and image loading libraries (e.g., Glide, Coil).
• Proficiency with asynchronous programming using Kotlin Coroutines and Flow.
• Familiarity with dependency injection frameworks such as Dagger/Hilt or Koin.
• Experience with app architecture patterns such as MVVM or MVI, and clean architecture principles.
• 2+ years of experience working in Agile teams and participating in iterative development cycles.
• Strong understanding of object-oriented design principles, design patterns, best practices, performance optimization, and memory management.
• Experience with unit and UI testing frameworks (JUnit, Mockito, Espresso).
• Familiarity with Git and collaborative version control workflows.
• Exposure to CI/CD tools and automated build/deployment pipelines.
• Ability to independently take ownership of tasks and deliver robust solutions.
• Commitment to writing clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.

Would be great if you have:

• Experience with React Native, including building function components, using hooks, and working with JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Knowledge of Play Store processes, including app signing, publishing, and release management.
• Familiarity with ingesting and exposing large datasets in the weather industry.
• Experience in the advertising industry.
• Proficiency with tools like GitHub, Jenkins, Artifactory.
