Job Title : Ironclad CLM Consultant (Analyst/Consultant Level)

Job Summary :

We are seeking skilled professionals with hands-on experience in Ironclad Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of contract configuration, including MSAs, SOWs, and other templates, as well as experience integrating Ironclad with Salesforce. This role is suited for Analyst or Consultant-level candidates.

Mandatory Skills : Ironclad CLM (2–2.5+ years), contract template configuration (MSAs, SOWs), Ironclad-Salesforce integration, 2–3 implementation projects.

Key Responsibilities :

• Configure contract templates (e.g., MSAs, SOWs) within Ironclad CLM.
• Participate in and deliver 2-3 end-to-end Ironclad implementation projects.
• Integrate Ironclad with CRM tools, especially Salesforce.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and implement solutions.
• Provide documentation, testing, and support for Ironclad-related projects.

Must-Have Skills :

• 2–2.5+ years of hands-on experience in Ironclad CLM.
• Experience with at least 2-3 Ironclad implementation projects.

Good-to-Have Skills :

• Working knowledge of Salesforce CRM.
• Familiarity with Salesforce CPQ.

Key Responsibilities:
