Position: Site Supervisor (Luxury Interiors & Furniture)

Location: New Delhi & Mumbai

Role Summary

The Site Supervisor will be responsible for managing day-to-day site operations, ensuring smooth execution of interior and furniture works, coordinating with vendors and contractors, maintaining quality standards, and delivering projects within committed timelines.

Key Responsibilities

Site Execution & Supervision

• Supervise all on-site interior and furniture installation activities.
• Ensure execution is carried out as per approved drawings, BOQs, specifications, and design intent.
• Coordinate civil, carpentry, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, painting, glass, metal, stone, and furniture works.
• Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to project schedules.
• Conduct regular site inspections and maintain quality control standards.

Vendor & Contractor Management

• Coordinate and manage subcontractors, labor teams, and vendors.
• Ensure manpower availability as per project requirements.
• Monitor productivity and workmanship of contractors.
• Resolve on-site execution issues and report critical concerns to management.

Quality Control

• Ensure premium quality finishing in all interior and furniture works.
• Conduct quality checks before handover of each work stage.
• Ensure materials used on site match approved specifications.
• Maintain luxury finish standards and attention to detail.

Client & Consultant Coordination

• Attend client meetings and site review meetings.
• Coordinate with architects, designers, consultants, and project managers.
• Update stakeholders regarding site progress and challenges.
• Ensure client requirements are properly implemented.

Material Management

• Track material deliveries and inventory.
• Verify quantities and quality of incoming materials.
• Ensure proper storage and handling of materials.
• Minimize wastage and maintain material records.

Documentation & Reporting

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
• Maintain site records, work schedules, labor attendance, and material consumption reports.
• Document site measurements and execution details.
• Update management on project milestones and delays.

Health, Safety & Compliance

• Ensure compliance with site safety standards.
• Conduct regular safety inspections.
• Ensure workers use required PPE and follow safety protocols.
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment.

Project Handover

• Prepare snag lists and ensure closure before handover.
• Coordinate final inspections and quality checks.
• Ensure timely and successful project completion and handover.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum 3–8 years of experience in interior fit-out and furniture execution projects.
• Experience in luxury residences, premium corporate offices, commercial buildings, or hospitality projects preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural, interior, and furniture drawings.
• Knowledge of site measurements and BOQ verification.
• Strong understanding of materials, finishes, and luxury furniture detailing.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and project reporting.

Position Overview

The Manager – Millwork & Countertops Division will lead and oversee all operational, technical, and project management functions related to millwork, countertops, and custom furniture packages for hospitality, multifamily, and residential construction projects.

This role is responsible for reviewing, redlining, correcting, and coordinating shop drawings received from vendors and fabrication partners to ensure compliance with project

specifications, architectural intent, and production feasibility. The ideal candidate must have

strong hands-on experience in the millwork, cabinetry, countertops, or custom furniture

industry and possess a deep understanding of fabrication methods, detailing standards, and

construction coordination.

The position requires leadership of offshore project coordination teams while working

closely with vendors, architects, designers, contractors, and internal stakeholders across

international projects.

Shop Drawing Review & Technical Coordination

• Review vendor-submitted shop drawings for millwork, countertops, cabinetry, and

custom furniture packages.

• Redline, correct, and coordinate drawings to ensure compliance with architectural

• Ensure dimensions, material specifications, hardware details, countertop layouts,

joinery details, and installation requirements are accurate and buildable.

before production.

Project Management

• Manage projects from estimation and design coordination through production and

final delivery.

• Monitor project schedules, approvals, procurement timelines, and fabrication

milestones.

• Ensure all deliverables are completed within budget, schedule, and quality standards.

• Maintain organized project documentation including RFIs, submittals, drawing logs,

and revision tracking.
