We're looking for a motivated HR Recruiter to help us expand our sales team by hiring Sales Executives focused on selling annual car and bike subscription products. As our platform grows, we need a steady influx of skilled sales personnel. This role will also involve recruiting for BDA, TL, and BDM profiles.

Key Details:

Experience: Open to all levels

Qualifications: B.Com, BBA, MBA in HR

Working Days: 6 days/week (Sundays off)

Shift: 10:00 am - 7:00 pm

Language Requirement: Proficiency in English

Laptop/Wi-Fi: Candidates should have their own laptop.

Compensation:

Training: 7 days unpaid

Salary: Per successful hire, earn ₹1000-₹3000, depending on the designation.

Compensation:

Initial 2 Months: Performance-based period; no fixed salary. You'll earn ₹1000 - ₹3000 per candidate successful hire, depending on the designation.

After the performance period, additional compensation may be reviewed based on performance and hiring success.

• Requirement gathering for web and app development projects
• Preparation of necessary docs(BRD, FRD, SOW, RFQ, NDAs, and POC) for the clients requirement.
• Drafting user stories, wire frames and project plans based on the requirements of the client
• Understanding the default software/applications products and services of Webkul and its functionalities(at the workflow level) for a personalized explanation of the same to the clients.
• Handling customers' pre-sales and post-sales queries over various communication mediums like calls/emails/Skype/ helpdesk/ social networking sites.
• Project assignment and being clients major communication for ongoing projects.
• Managing project delivery(It covers check of all the SOW points agreed)
• Assigning the technical queries/issues of clients to the technical departments.
• Preparing a full User guide(technical doc/content) of the products for Webkul’s products, Services, and customers in written and video format as well.
• Attending international as well as domestic seminars and conferences regarding the promotion of the products with the presentation.
• Market research of the products.
• Responsible for new partnerships of the organization, acting as a bridge between the client side and the organization.
• Full-time office job, No field work.

What your day job looks like:

• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert on data usage – extraction, manipulation, and inputs for analytics
• Develop data extraction and manipulation code based on business rules
• Develop automated and manual test cases for the code written
• Design and construct data store and procedures for their maintenance
• Perform data extract, transform, and load activities from several data sources.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders
• Write high quality code as per prescribed standards.
• Participate in internal projects as required

 
Minimum qualifications:

• B. Tech./MCA or equivalent preferred
• Excellent 3 years Hand on experience on Big data, ETL Development, Data Processing.

• Strong experience in working with Snowflake, SQL, PHP/Python.
• Strong Experience in writing complex SQLs
• Good Communication skills
• Good experience of working with any BI tool like Tableau, Power BI.
• Sqoop, Spark, EMR, Hadoop/Hive are good to have.
