Position: Business Development Associate
Working Days: Monday to Saturday (6 days)Ā
Timing: 12 PM to 9 PMĀ
Salary: (4 to 6) LPA [4 Lakhs Fixed + 2 Lakhs Variable]Ā

Experience: 0-2 years, In Edtech Sales experience (Mandatory)Ā

Job description ā A highly suitable individual for this position would possessĀ
experience in consultative selling or a deep passion for developing a career in sales. ItĀ
is essential that you have the ability to effectively handle interactions with both parentsĀ
and children within the age range of 3-8 years. Your role would involve nurturing theseĀ
relationships over time and fostering a genuine desire for our products. It is importantĀ
that you are comfortable in managing these relationships and have the capability to buildĀ
rapport and trust with parents and children alike, instilling in them the motivation toĀ
purchase our offerings.Ā

What will you be doing?
⢠In this role, you will primarily serve as a mentor and guide for the customers, offeringĀ
them support and assistance throughout their experience. This involves providing themĀ
with valuable insights, advice, and recommendations to help them make informedĀ
decisions.
⢠Additionally, you will be responsible for counselling parents, understanding theirĀ
concerns, and addressing any questions or issues they may have. By offering yourĀ
expertise and understanding, you will help parents navigate through the process andĀ
ensure their peace of mind.
⢠To ensure the success of the organization, meeting the required targets will be anĀ
important aspect of your responsibilities. This entails actively working towards specificĀ
goals and objectives set by the company.
⢠By effectively managing your time and resources, you will contribute to the overallĀ
growth and achievement of these targets. Furthermore, it will be essential for you toĀ
maintain a detailed database of all the interactions you have with leads on the CustomerĀ
Relationship Management (CRM) system. This includes logging important informationĀ
about each interaction, such as the nature of the conversation, key points discussed, andĀ
any follow-up actions required. By keeping a comprehensive record, you will helpĀ
ensure effective communication and continuity of information within the organization.Ā
⢠Overall, as part of your role, you will serve as a mentor, guide, and counselor toĀ
customers and parents, meet designated targets, and maintain a meticulous CRMĀ
database of all interactions with leads.
What are we looking for?
⢠Individuals who possess excellent proficiency in both English and Hindi, along withĀ
the ability to communicate in other languages, will have an additional edge.
⢠Diligent individuals with a strong commitment and unwavering determination.Ā
Having prior experience in Edtech sales would be beneficial.
⢠Individuals who adopt a systematic approach to constructing sales funnels andĀ
successfully converting.
