We are seeking a curious and analytical AI/ML Data Analyst to join our growing team. This role is the perfect blend of deep data analysis, statistical modeling, and applied machine learning. With 3+ years of hands-on experience, you will be responsible for translating complex business questions into data-driven solutions.

You will work cross-functionally to mine massive datasets, perform exploratory data analysis, build predictive models, and generate actionable insights that drive product strategy, operational efficiency, and business growth. The ideal candidate has a strong statistical foundation and proven experience in applying ML models to real-world business problems.

<strong>Key Responsibilities</strong>

• Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA): Query, clean, and analyze large, complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
• Predictive Modeling: Develop, train, and evaluate machine learning models (e.g., regression, classification, clustering, time-series forecasting) to solve business problems like customer churn prediction, fraud detection, or sales forecasting.
• Feature Engineering: Identify and create relevant features from raw data to improve model accuracy and performance.
• Data Manipulation: Write efficient and complex SQL queries for data extraction. Use Python (Pandas, NumPy) for advanced data manipulation, cleaning, and preparation.
• Insight Generation & Communication: Translate complex statistical and ML-driven findings into clear, concise, and actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
• Visualization: Create compelling dashboards and reports (using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Python libraries) to communicate model results and analytical insights.
• Model Validation: Continuously monitor and validate model performance in production, suggesting improvements and retraining as needed.
• Collaboration: Partner with data engineers, product managers, and business stakeholders to define project requirements, gather data, and deploy solutions.

• Write high-quality blog posts, articles, website copy, social media posts, and marketing materials.
• Conduct thorough research on industry-related topics to produce accurate and original content.
• Optimize content for SEO, including keyword research and implementation.
• Collaborate with marketing, design, and product teams to ensure content alignment with brand voice and goals.
• Edit and proofread content to maintain high standards of quality.

MUST HAVE - SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

- Around 4 +years of overall software development experience.

- Around 3 years of expertise in Go Language (aka GoLang) and SQL, with skills in data retrieval and manipulation.

- 3+ years of experience with JavaScript, including expertise in leveraging libraries like jQuery and Bootstrap, and proficiency in customizing CSS for styling and layout management.

- Experience in developing and managing Application Programming Interfaces (APIs).

- Development experience in a Linux/Unix environment, coupled with proficiency in bash scripting and Linux commands, provides a significant edge.

- Willingness to learn Perl as needed to migrate or support existing Perl applications.

- Currently a hands-on software developer, actively writing code and contributing to software development projects.

- Experience with tools and pipelines such as Rally, GitHub, Jenkins, Jira, etc. is desirable.

- Excellent troubleshooting, debugging, multi-tasking, analytical, and problem-solving skills are essential.

- Self-starter with good communication skills, fluent in English (written and verbal).

- Ability to quickly learn new technologies or skills is a must.

- Expertise with the RedHat OpenShift Container Platform.

- Expertise with Kubernetes.

- Expertise in IaC tools: Terraform, Ansible, Go

- Experience in Infrastructure provisioning, monitoring and Ops

Job Scope

• Requirements Gathering & Designing: Liaison with SMEs to understand their Business Requirements and advise them on efficient system solutions. If required, guide the clients in re-engineering their Business Processes. Also, educate them on alternatives for system design & advice on how to achieve desired business outcomes.
• Implementation: Configure and Test SAP SuccessFactors modules
• Data Migration:  Perform/Support Data Migration as required
• Client Engagement: Set up relevant data within the configured SAP SuccessFactors module, to showcase to the client the end-to-end business process. Collect & process the feedback from Clients, to make necessary system changes. Also, extend extensive support to Clients when they test SAP SuccessFactors modules
• Training: Educate clients on how to use SAP SuccessFactors modules
• Documentation: Diligently document Business Requirements to baseline for implementation. Prepare training materials & other documents required for the successful completion of the project. 
• Support: Post implementation, understand the requirements/issues of the client and provide necessary technical solutions. This could include fixing issues and/or implementing new features based on business needs.

Work profile of individual

• As part of the company cyber security consulting team, individual’s primary role would be to work with ISO 27k projects IT audits, ITGC audits, SSAE, SOC audits, IT Process Audit, Systems Audit, Gap assessment TPRM, GDPR, Infosec, GRC , ISMS , Cyber Security, SOX ITGC on customer engagements
• Will address all aspects of security like physical, logical, data, access etc and review Information Security policy and suggest / recommend necessary changes to the same on customer engagements
• Will be an active participant in internal / third party system security reviews and audits on customer engagements
• Will perform internal audits on all aspects of IT and ensure compliance with the prescribed security norms on customer engagements and will be responsible for tracking the open audit findings and closure of the same
• Will be responsible for implementation of new projects under Information Security Domain
• Will be able to manage document tracking and updating - policies, processes, procedures, templates etc.
• Will assist in development of proposals by owning parts of the proposal document and by giving inputs in solution design based on areas of expertise.
• Will engage with clients and(or) application development teams for implementation of cyber security & data privacy by design and data protection controls.
• Will support the clients with ongoing design, implementation and maintenance of the data privacy framework for managing data protection risk including responding to legislation, devising and owning policies and training.
• Will demonstrate ability to clearly and concisely communicate the privacy implications of technology and implementation.

• Individual would be responsible for contributing to a strong team environment and promoting a positive working relationship with their colleagues.
• Individual would predominately work with off-shore engagement teams and relevant  teams on presale and cyber security delivery.
• Communication, written and verbal, with these teams would be expected.
• Team members would be required to apply learning from trainings and on the job experience to work requests and support continuous process improvement.
• Team members would be required to handle multiple tasks at the same time.
• Detailed focus when performing work and good project management skills when managing workload and maintaining timelines will be necessary.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelors
• Certifications (ISO 27001/ ISO 31000/ CISA/ CISSP/ CSX or equivalent and other relevant qualification/certification

Knowledge Required:

• Strong knowledge of information security concepts, risk and controls concepts. Strong understanding of security principals: audit, policies, guidelines, and compliance.
• Good understanding of infrastructure (data centre, network end user computing) security / cloud security / managed security services / security operations centre / compliance risk management and ITGC controls
• Good understanding of technical security like network security, operating system, encryption, use of tools and technologies for various processes like logical access control, network security, security monitoring etc.
• Sound knowledge of Internal Controls and Compliance. Must be able to recommend controls around people, process, and technology.
• Sound knowledge on IT controls (especially IT risks). Good experience with control assessment, check the effectiveness of the implemented controls and recommend mitigation / improvements.
• Good knowledge on Privacy, Governance and reporting
• Experience with the Microsoft Office suite of products (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, etc.),
• Strong verbal and written communication skills Knowledge / experience in fields of ITGC audits, Internal Audit, External Audit / Statutory Audit projects
• Candidates should exhibit good client service skill collateral's with a strong focus on building relationships.
