Job Summary

We're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Female Operations Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage day-to-day operations, ensure seamless task execution, and possess excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

- Manage client relationships and communicate via email, phone, and messaging platforms

- Coordinate with internal teams for timely delivery of products/services

- Track deliveries and follow up with logistics partners

- Provide administrative support, including data entry and report generation

- Collaborate with the team to identify process improvements

- Manage front desk operations, handle enquiries, and process orders

- Generate invoices, manage sales/purchase reports, and oversee daily operations

- Create e-way bills, DCs, and update POs

Requirements

- Proficiency in English (written and verbal)

- Basic conversation ability in Telugu/Hindi (preferable)

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Expertise in fabrics and merchandising is a must.

- Ability to work independently and as a team

- Willingness to learn and grow with the brand

- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and email writing)

- A degree in Fashion Design or a related field is a plus.

- Basic Photoshop and design skills are appreciated.

• Review, Evaluate, and Validate technical requirements.

Roles and Responsibilities-

• Employee Engagement - Ensure smooth end-to-end implementation of the assigned processes. This should cover the following activities:

• Review and Track Status of open Actionable
• Prepare Dashboards for various employee connect initiatives
• Alert stakeholders on delays / issues
• Employee Grievance handling & providing first hand resolution to the employees
• Manage queries, issues, escalations, if any 
• Any other process/ task allocated as required
• Participate in Knowledge Sessions within or outside the Team
• Participation in events organized by company
• MIS based reports like HR SLA, Attrition, Adhoc reports etc.
• Processing resignations, Conducting Exit Interviews to ensure smooth closure of full & final settlement.

• 1+ years of experience with Android
• Basic understanding of Kotlin
• Experience with Android Architecture Components Like ViewModel, LiveData, Data BInding, Navigation etc.
• Experience with frameworks like OkHttp, Retrofit, androidx, moshi, picasso, among others.
• Experience with design patterns and industry trends
• Understanding that great code is also maintainable code.
