MANDATORY:

• Strong Industrial Designer / Physical Product Designer profile
• Must have a minimum 5+ YOE in Designing Consumer Electronics or Consumer Durables Physical Products
• Very Strong Experience with CMF (Color, Material, Finish) for Physical product designs
• Must have experience with 3D Designs using computer-aided design (CAD) tools
• Strong portfolio of Industrial / Physical Product design Consumer Products (Must have shown the 3D look and feel of Physical products in portfolio)
• Good Consumer Electronics or Handset / Mobility or Automotive Industry or New age start-ups
• Design Degree from NID Ahmedabad or an equivalent tier-1 design institute

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:

ABOUT THE ROLE:

As a Lead Industrial Designer you will drive the design and development of innovative, user-focused products. You will combine aesthetics, functionality, and manufacturability, guiding the design team from concept to production while collaborating with engineering, marketing, and manufacturing teams to ensure the product vision is delivered effectively.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Own and drive the design vision for multiple product categories. responsible for bringing together form, function, and user experience into cohesive and manufacturable designs.
• Lead new product design as well as CMF (Color, Material, Finish) exploration to deliver exceptional physical experiences that align with the brand’s identity.
• Engage deeply in user and market research, uncovering insights that shape design strategy and direction.
• Manage multiple parallel projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Marketing), and oversee external design partners to ensure timely and high-quality execution.

IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Design thinker with 6 to 7 years of experience in small-sized consumer product designs
• Degree from NID Ahmedabad or an equivalent tier-1 design school
• Strong aesthetic sensibility, technical understanding of materials and processes, and a collaborative mindset
• You enjoy balancing creative exploration with real-world feasibility, and your portfolio reflects both functional design and visual excellence.
• Your work will span early ideation to final mass production, requiring a strong grasp of manufacturing constraints, material sciences, and emerging trends.

Responsibilities:

• Develop an in-depth comprehension of customer segments and their distinctive behaviors through data science and analytical insights.
• Take charge of the entire customer journey, from inception to completion, while maintaining accountability for its effectiveness.
• Utilise global product knowledge and customer insights to identify user needs, generating actionable data-driven recommendations for product enhancement.
• Collaborate across departments, including product, design, business, and brand marketing, to devise and execute growth strategies rooted in data analysis.
• Employ continuous experimentation to enhance value propositions and streamline execution processes.
• Drive monthly customer key performance indicators (KPIs) such as acquisition, churn reduction, activation, and revenue growth.
• Proactively identify and rectify marketing funnel issues to mitigate and minimize customer churn.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration with teams spanning design, engineering, marketing, and data analytics to ensure seamless product initiative delivery.

Core Competencies, Knowledge and Experience:

• 3-5 years relevant experience in leading and driving customer funnel initiatives
• Proven track record of successful growth campaigns
• Expertise with CRM tools such as CleverTap, MoEngage, Hubspot etc
• Expertise with analytical tools for marketers such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Appsflyer, Adjust etc
• Being comfortable with working in a dynamic and diverse work environment
• Highly analytical thinking and ability to analyze and interpret wide variety of data
• Ownership and self-driven mindset

As a Campus Coordinator, you are expected to perform following tasks:

1. Efficient and effective management in collaboration with candidates, campus hiring managers and T&P team, including communication and calendar management.

2. Data Management, schedule meetings, interviews, HR events and maintain agendas.

3. Managing & coordinating campus recruitment activities.

4. Manage candidate grievances & doubts.

5. Responsible for Pre-joining engagement, on-boarding and documentation of campus joiners.

6. Issuance of Offer/Appointments letter post finalization of candidates.

Work on improving the flows and overall architecture of the core product at OneCard and OneScore app. 

What you will do:

• Execute all product design flows and visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering.
• Conceptualize original mobile design ideas that bring simplicity and user-friendliness to complex roadblocks.
• Create seamless navigation flows and architecture to improve discoverability, engagement and conversions. 
• Present and defend designs and key deliverables to peers and executive-level stakeholders.
• Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards.
• Leverage user testing to make product improvements.
• Participate in contributing ideas, updates, and product development areas to the team.

Experience Range: 

Proven 5-6 years of work experience as a Product Designer. Must have worked on digital products. Familiar with user research practices. Having worked in the app product space is a huge plus. 

Technical Expertise:

• Demonstrable Product design skills with a strong portfolio is a must.
• Proficiency in Adobe XD, Illustrator and Figma is a must.
• Design eye-catching mobile app experiences for our app experiences.
• Up-to-date with the latest Mobile app trends, techniques, and technologies.
• BS/MS in Human-Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, or Visual Arts is a plus.

• Basic knowledge of Oracle Forms and reports - (Must)
• Good experience on SQL*Loader.
• Should Knowledge on Agile / Scrum.
• Handled errors using Exception Handling extensively for the ease of debugging and displaying the error messages in the application.
• Using SQL developer tool we debugged the code and unit test
• Knowledge of oracle programming
