Role Overview

The Senior Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing and executing FOY's social media strategy across multiple channels. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of content marketing, social media trends, community management, brand storytelling, and performance analytics. This role requires a blend of creativity, strategic thinking, and data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with business and marketing objectives.
• Manage and grow FOY’s presence across platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, YouTube, and emerging channels.
• Create, plan, and oversee the social media content calendar.
• Collaborate with design, content, and marketing teams to create engaging and impactful content.
• Lead social media campaigns from concept to execution, ensuring timely delivery and measurable outcomes.
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging social media opportunities.
• Manage community engagement, audience interactions, and brand reputation across platforms.
• Track, analyze, and report social media performance metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
• Work closely with the performance marketing team to amplify content and optimize campaign performance.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to promote company initiatives, events, partnerships, and product launches.
• Mentor and guide junior social media executives and content creators when required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or brand communications.
• Proven experience managing social media accounts for brands with measurable growth and engagement results.
• Strong understanding of platform algorithms, audience behavior, and content optimization strategies.
• Excellent copywriting, communication, and storytelling skills.
• Experience with social media management and analytics tools.
• Ability to interpret data and convert insights into actionable strategies.
• Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in planning and executing organic and paid social media campaigns.

Preferred Skills

Job Summary: Focus on supporting audit processes with regulatory bodies including RBI, Banks, and other financial institutions. Maintain compliance with multiple frameworks such as ISO 27001, PCI-DSS etc. Conduct regular internal security assessment & provide InfoSec training.  

Required Skills and Knowledge

Working knowledge of:

• Information security concepts and principles

Compliance knowledge & understanding of:

• ISO 27001 framework and implementation

Principal Duties/Responsibilities

• Act as a liaison between external auditors and internal teams during regulatory audits.

• Coordinate with RBI auditors, banking auditors, and other regulatory bodies.

• Prepare comprehensive audit evidence packages according to regulatory requirements.

• Maintain audit calendars and tracking systems for various regulatory assessments.

• Create and maintain audit trails for all regulatory interactions.

• Assist in maintaining compliance with multiple frameworks: Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCIDSS) ISO 27001 Information Security Management System RBI's Cyber Security Framework Banking regulatory requirements

• Help conduct regular internal assessments against compliance requirements.

• Support the implementation and documentation of security controls

• Monitor compliance status and help prepare compliance dashboards

• Support internal security assessments and reviews: Access control reviews User privilege assessments Security configuration reviews

Policy compliance checks

• Document security findings and observations

• Help create and maintain security control documentation

• Perform risk assessment.

• Support vulnerability assessment and penetration testing coordination • Contribute to the development of audit checklists and templates

• Keep updated with latest regulatory requirements and security standards

Strong Senior AI/ML / GenAI / AI Engineer Profiles

Mandatory (Experience 1) – Must have minimum 5+ years of total software development experience, with at least 2+ years working on Gen AI / AI / LLM-based features in production

Mandatory (Experience 2) – Must have strong backend engineering experience using Python (FastAPI / Django preferred) and building production-grade systems

Mandatory (Experience 3) – Must have hands-on experience building LLM-based applications, including OpenAI / Gemini / similar models in real projects

Mandatory (Experience 4) – Must have experience with RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation) including chunking, embeddings, and retrieval pipelines

Mandatory (Experience 5) – Must have experience designing end-to-end AI pipelines, including chaining, tool usage, structured outputs, and handling failure cases

Mandatory (Experience 6) – Must have experience building agentic AI systems (multi-step workflows, tool orchestration like LangGraph / CrewAI or custom agents)

Mandatory (Experience 7) – Must have strong coding and system design skills, not just prompt engineering or experimentation

Mandatory (Experience 8) – Must have experience shipping AI features in production, not just POCs or research projects

Mandatory (Experience 9) – Must have experience working with APIs, backend services, and integrations

Mandatory (Experience 10) – Must have understanding of AI system reliability, including latency, cost optimization, fallback handling, and basic eval thinking

Position Summary 

We are seeking a dedicated Auto Transport Logistics Coordinator (Dispatcher) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical, mathematical, and logical thinking skills, and be capable of working under pressure. This role involves managing loads, planning routes, and communicating effectively with various stakeholders. We will provide comprehensive training, so prior experience in logistics or auto transport is not required. Applicants should be well-equipped (high-speed internet, a working device with two screens) to work remotely and have excellent English proficiency (at least B2 level). 

Job Title: Auto Transport Logistics Coordinator (Dispatcher). 

Location: Remote (initially for 2-3 months), then onsite Bangalore, India. 

Working Hours: 5 days a week, Monday to Saturday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (New York Time), with a 1-hour lunch break. Off on Sundays and one additional day per week as per the rotating schedule. 

Salary: The base salary is $600 plus bonus. After two months, the base salary will increase to $800, with the potential to earn up to $1,200 through Performance-Based Incentives. 

We are looking for candidates to join our team starting on April at 8:00 AM EST (New York Time). 

Key Responsibilities - 

• Load Management: 
• Locate and secure loads for transport using various load boards and internal systems. 
• Evaluate and select the best loads based on profitability, route efficiency, and driver availability. 

• Route Planning: 
• Plan and optimize routes for drivers to ensure timely and cost-effective deliveries. 
• Monitor and adjust routes as necessary to accommodate changes or issues.
