Key Responsibilities:
● Develop digital marketing strategies for online channels (social media, email, website, search engines). ● Manage content creation for websites, blogs, social media, and other digital platforms. ● Analyze and report on performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics(GA4), SEMrush, Search Console etc.) to adjust campaigns and improve results. ● SEO Optimization: Implement search engine optimization techniques to increase organic search visibility and rankings. ● PPC Campaigns: Manage paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.) to drive traffic and maximize ROI. ● Social Media Management: Plan and execute social media campaigns, engage with followers, and analyze engagement metrics. ● Email Marketing: Develop email campaigns that promote products/services, maintain customer relationships, and drive conversions. ● Collaborate with teams like design, sales, and product development to create cohesive marketing campaigns.

Job Description
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote company’s ecommerce services.
- Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or recommendations.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Maintain detailed records of calls and customer interactions.
- Answer customer questions, handle objections, and resolve any issues that may arise during the sales process.
- Follow up on leads and opportunities to ensure a successful sales process.
- Provide accurate information about our e-commerce services, pricing, and promotions.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective sales strategies.
- Stay informed about service updates, industry trends, and competitor activities.

- Ensure that customer inquiries and issues are handled with high quality and professionalism.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as sales, product development, and quality assurance to communicate customer feedback and improve products and services.
- Assist in training new team members on product knowledge and support processes.
- Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices related to technical support.
