REVIEW CRITERIA:

MANDATORY:

• Strong Senior Brand Strategist Profile
• Must have 4+ years of pure brand strategy experience at branding/strategy agencies (not advertising/campaign-only roles)
• Must have hands-on experience with brand strategy frameworks for new brand creation and rebranding initiatives (brand persona, positioning, narrative, tone of voice, guidelines)
• Must have experience conducting and leading brand workshops, integrating research inputs (primary + secondary) into insights and brand positioning
• Must have B2C brand strategy experience (B2B exposure is highly preferred but optional)
• Must have strong writing and storytelling skills to translate brand positioning into compelling narratives, messaging, tone, and strategic decks.
• Must be able to manage end-to-end brand strategy projects, including research synthesis, workshop facilitation, positioning, framework creation, and collaboration with design teams for visual translation.
• Must have a portfolio or compilation of case studies showing rebranding projects, positioning frameworks, workshop involvement, research synthesis, and strategy-to-design translation
• Preferably a degree/master’s in Marketing, Brand Strategy, Design, or Communication from reputed institutes (e.g., MICA, NID, Srishti, or similar).
• Must come from Branding Studios, Brand strategy firms, Strategic design consultancies, branding agencies etc.

We are looking for a senior brand strategist professional, who can help us deliver innovative strategic directions that benefit our client’s business with measurable results. The candidate should have thorough knowledge and experience in the methods and application of tools to deliver an effective programme. Candidates should have experience with both mass and premium brands as well as FMCG, durables, and service categories.

Experience with digital-first or digitally marketed brands is an advantage that we look forward to.

• Proficient in conducting research programs to uncover customer and user needs, business and market findings, drawing insights for branding, service and CX design for digital and traditional applications.
• Conduct primary and secondary market research in marketing, sales and consumer experience.
• Programming workshops, conducting them and creating a comprehensive outcome report with insights and recommendations.
• Bring an idea to life on a whiteboard, articulate it, create systems and deliver.
• Strong understanding of pan-India markets across a wide range of verticals and categories.

Job Summary :

As a Firmware Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing embedded firmware for Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) medical devices. You will collaborate closely with mobile, cloud, and hardware teams to ensure seamless communication and system reliability.

Location : Hyderabad

Key Responsibilities

● Firmware Development – Architect, implement, and optimize robust embedded firmware for BLE-based medical devices.

● BLE Communication – Ensure reliable BLE communication by fine-tuning GATT profiles, GAP settings, and connection parameters.

● Memory & Performance Optimization – Manage static memory allocation, flash memory layout, and power efficiency in resource-constrained environments.

● Cross-Platform BLE Handling – Work with mobile teams to handle BLE behavior inconsistencies across iOS and Android.

● Debugging & Optimization – Utilize BLE sniffers, debugging tools, and real-time logging to troubleshoot firmware issues.

● Security & Compliance – Implement secure pairing, bonding, and OTA firmware updates while adhering to medical device standards.

Required Skills & Expertise

● Strong experience of 4+ years in Firmware/Embedded Development. ● Strong knowledge of BLE stack APIs (GATT, GAP, L2CAP) and BLE protocol internals (advertising, connection events, link layer).

● Proficiency in C for embedded systems, with expertise in static memory management.

● Experience with wear leveling, sector erase schemes, and endurance techniques.

● Familiarity with BLE connectivity challenges on iOS & Android and ability to mitigate inconsistencies.

● Hands-on experience with Debugging like Wireshark, TI SmartRF Sniffer, or equivalent.

● Exposure to BLE-based cloud workflows and real-time data synchronization.

● RTOS Knowledge, Understanding of task scheduling, ISR management, and power-optimized firmware.

● Experience with TI CC2640R2F & TI-RTOS is a plus.

Nice to Have

● OTA Firmware Updates: Experience with secure BLE pairing, bonding, and firmware upgrade mechanisms.

● Embedded Diagnostic Tools: Ability to develop real-time diagnostics for memory usage, BLE packet flow, and connection stability trends.

• Knowledge of any Blockchain protocols like Hyperledger is clearly an undue advantage

• Does analytics to extract insights from raw historical data of the organization. 
• Generates usable training dataset for any/all MV projects with the help of Annotators, if needed.
• Analyses user trends, and identifies their biggest bottlenecks in Hammoq Workflow.
• Tests the short/long term impact of productized MV models on those trends.
• Skills - Numpy, Pandas, SPARK, APACHE SPARK, PYSPARK, ETL mandatory.
