Position Summary:
We are seeking a passionate and motivated Hardware Design Intern to join our team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to see the inner workings of a startup from the ground-up and gain hands-on experience in hardware design and business development.

Key Responsibilities:
- Contribute to market research, product ideation, prototyping, and testing

Responsibilities:
- Participate in all technical phases of the Solution Delivery Life Cycle including planning, requirements definition and solution design.

- Experience: 7+ years of experience building modern web applications working in the fullstack

Support Engineers located in India. The purpose of this role is to facilitate the operational delivery of
support services in a consistent and structure approach defined in the service management
methodology (based on ITIL principles) and according to documented policies, processes and
procedures.
KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY: Manage delivery of support services team according to service management plans, methodology, processes and client engagement models. Ensure support is delivered to the client according to their contract support agreements.
