Job Title: Senior KIBO Senior OMS Developer

Location: Bangalore - Onsite

Job Type: Full Time

Experience: 5+ years (Minimum 2+ years in KIBO OMS)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior KIBO OMS Developer to design, develop, and maintain order management solutions using the KIBO Order Management System. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with KIBO’s Dev Center, strong expertise in order routing configuration, and a deep understanding of KIBO Webhooks, inventory, and order lifecycle management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement Order Routing Strategies, Scenarios, Filters, After Actions, and manage Custom Data Sets & Lists in KIBO OMS.
• Develop and deploy custom applications on KIBO Dev Center using Node.js, TypeScript, JavaScript, or Java.
• Implement and manage full spectrum of KIBO Webhooks for order lifecycle events.
• Develop and support Order Management functionalities including order creation, cancellation, return, and exchange flows.
• Manage Inventory and Location synchronization, availability rules, and stock reallocation processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate and consume microservices developed in Java Spring Boot or Node.js.
• Participate in technical design discussions, code reviews, and performance optimization initiatives.
• Ensure scalability, security, and performance of solutions within the KIBO OMS platform.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Strong hands-on experience with KIBO Order Management System (OMS).
• Proficient in Order Routing configuration including Strategies, Scenarios, Filters, After Actions, and custom data objects.
• Experience developing and deploying apps in KIBO Dev Center using Node.js / TypeScript / JavaScript / Java.
• In-depth knowledge of KIBO Webhooks and their full event list.
• Experience with Order Management workflows such as Returns, Cancellations, Exchanges.
• Working knowledge of Inventory and Fulfilment Location flows in a distributed order management system.
• Proficiency in microservices architecture, particularly using Java Spring Boot or Node.js.
• Good understanding of REST APIs, event-driven architecture, and third-party system integrations.

Preferred Qualifications:

• KIBO certification (if available)
• Experience in retail/eCommerce domains
• Familiarity with DevOps tools and CI/CD practices
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)

Responsibilities

Overview:

The Risk Manager will oversee the organization's risk management program, assessing and identifying risks that could impede the reputation, safety, security, or financial success of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Designing and managing the consumers' credit portfolio and risk within the desired target
2. Driving new experiments with deeper cust understanding and segmentation 
3. Leverage traditional and alternate data to create risk policies and ensure effective implementation 
4. Continuously plans, monitors, and reviews risk management and perform regular checking and/or surveillance to ensure that risk treatment is effective
5. Establish, implement and manage risk policy and control frameworks, ensuring that minimum standards, ownership and operation are documented and communicated across the Group
6. Manage a governance structure to monitor, challenge and test business compliance with risk policies and control frameworks
7. Develop, lead and maintain a center of expertise within 1st line risk management
8. Maintain comprehensive credit policy inventory and facilitate timely periodic review/approval of credit policies
9. Monitor and communicate new regulatory issues/guidance impacting credit policy, analyze the impact, interpret and implement into policy

Education and Experience:

1. Bachelor's degree in Risk Management, Finance, or related field required.
2. At least 7+ of related experience is preferred.
3. Strong knowledge and experience in risk management and policy

Working in SAP S4 EWM/Yard Mgm’t as part of the in conjunction with the CPG Digital Core Project.

• Troubleshooting customer reported issues and assisting users with day-to-day production support in a timely manner

• Gathering and analyzing business requirements; Translating requirements into functional and technical solutions

• Designing and configuring solutions in SAP EWM

• Creating and maintaining functional specifications, configuration documents, test plans and other documentation

• Developing and executing test plans including unit and integration testing and coordination of user acceptance testing

• Working with business SMEs to deliver and support solutions

• Analyzing problems to provide solution alternatives and recommendations; Providing SAP thought leadership and SME expertise as needed

• Performing root cause and impact analysis, documentation, and training

• Working collaboratively with an extended team of functional and technical resources.

Experience & Education required

• Bachelor’s degree in technology related field

• 6-10 years' experience with working in SAP S4 EWM (Extended Warehouse Management)

• Functional / technical proficiency with at least 4 years of experience implementing SAP EWM

• Strong hands-on configuration experience

• Good integration knowledge with ECC & S/4 HANA components including logistics and production

• Strong verbal and written communication; Ability to communicate ideas in both technical and user-friendly language

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and innovation

• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment

Experience & Education preferred

• SAP Logistics/Shipments/Deliveries experience

• SAP S/4 HANA experience

• SAP ABAP troubleshooting knowledge

• Consumer Products industry experience Additional years of experience in SAP S4 within other modules.
