Key Responsibilities:

• Talent Acquisition:
• Source and attract candidates using various channels (job boards, social media, networking, etc.).
• Conduct thorough screening and interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications and cultural fit.
• Being a subject matter expert in the technology domain to help people reach their career goals,
• Aligning your candidates, career aspirations with our hiring needs.
• Collaboration:
• Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Provide guidance on job descriptions, interview techniques, and candidate evaluation.
• Candidate Experience:
• Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear communication and providing timely feedback throughout the recruitment process.
• Data Management:
• Maintain accurate records of candidates in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and generate reports on recruitment metrics.
• Market Research:
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and best practices in recruitment to enhance our hiring strategies.
• Employer Branding:
• Assist in promoting the company’s employer brand through social media, job fairs, and other outreach initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in using applicant tracking systems and HR software.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.

Qualifications:

Primary Skill Set:

5+ years for experience in developing highly scalable, reliable, secure web applications
Experience with React.js, Node.js, Redux, flux, Javascript (preferably TypeScript).
Atleast 1 years of experience in product or SaaS development.
Excellent Team management, communication skills, both verbal and written
Strong CS fundamentals like data structures and especially the asynchronous challenges that are faced by JavaScript developers regularily.


Preferable Skillset:

One year of experience using AWS services, such as Lambda, SES, SQS, EC2, RDS, ELB’s and have knowledge of VPC’s (AWS and/or RightScale knowledge a plus.
Proficient with the Webpack,Jest, Eslint, Jenkins, Docker, Enzyme.
Experience designing data persistence and caching concepts using both SQL and NoSQL DBMS (MySQL, DynamoDB, Redis, etc.) and client side storage
Profile and improve frontend performance

• Proven software development experience and Android skills development
• Proven working experience in Android app development and
• Have published at least one original Android app
• Experience with Android SDK
• Experience working with remote data via REST and JSON
• Experience with third-party libraries and APIs
• Working knowledge of the general mobile landscape, architectures, trends, and emerging technologies
• Solid understanding of the full mobile development life cycle
