We are looking for individuals comfortable in building things from scratch and interacting with founders/entrepreneurs. Exposure to SAAS/tech industries will be a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own customer relationship end to end and maintain ongoing conversation with the clients for continuous feedback
• Establish processes for reducing integration timelines and increasing transparency
• Maintain an advisory role in helping customers get more value from Xpresslane products
• Upsell and cross-sell new product features/products from Xpresslane
• Collaborate with all departments in identifying right solution for customer concerns
• Track the customer conversion metrics
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in communications, marketing, sales, account management, or customer success
• Bonus - experience working with eCommerce sector
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work across functions in and outside the company
• Self-starter and multi-tasker

What can fetch you brownie points?

• Hands on experience with React Native is required
• Hands-on experience in React Native APIs, ReactJS, Javascript, ECMAScript (OOJS) and JSX.

• Hands on experience on Android in creating Hybrid / Native applications
• Demonstrable UI/UX experience on a large-scale app.
• Thorough understanding of React Native development tools like IDEs (Nuclide, Atom, Sublime Text, or Visual

Wolken Software provides a suite of AI-enabled, SaaS 2.0 cloud-native applications for Customer Service and Enterprise Solutions namely Wolken Service Desk, Wolken's IT Service Management, and Wolken's HR Case Management. Duties and Responsibilities

• Design and Review wireframes, and UI designs for the company website. Create social media posts including static posts, motion graphics & self-shot videos, explainer and product demo videos, and marketing collaterals viz. Brochures, emailers, standees, presentations, and any other collateral required.
• Have a keen eye on more delicate details in design principles, concepts, layout, alignment, visualization, etc.
• Work on Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, and other design tools to deliver prototypes, flows & ideas.
• Keep coming up with new ideas, modern designs, styles, and concepts for the creatives.
• Be responsible for meeting deliverables on time and in high quality.

Responsibilities:

• New feature development or enhancement or change request activities (Requirement analysis, Requirement documentation, Design, Coding, Review, Testing and Release process)
•  Defect Fixing (Defect analysis, route cause identification, Code change, testing, obtaining user confirmation and release process)
• Support tasks (Ticket analysis, data uploading, performance tuning, job monitoring, any analysis task, ReportGeneration and etc.,)
• Level 2 and Level 3 support (Support process adherence)
• Functional and technical or solution documentation preparation
• Execution will either be Waterfall or Agile
• The process needs to be followed as defined by RBEI or RBEI’s Customer
• Preparation & participation in the project status and review meeting

• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in IT industry at VMware NSX Design/Implementation Projects.
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in industry leading load balancer and security products (Mandatory)
• Should have solid hands-on experience in VMware Avi, NSX V and/or NSX-T.
• Hands on installation and configuration experience with Base NSX-V & NSX-T Components, VTEP's, Load Balancer, LB Rules, Security components, etc.
• Strong understanding of and experience in TCP/IP, DNS, Http, SSL, DHCP.
• Proficiency in vSphere products and technologies like HA, vMotion, DRS, and Update Manager, Administration, etc would be a plus.
• Exposure to enterprise class architecture or implementation with suite of VMware products including vCenter, vSphere, SAN, RAID, Clustering, Consolidation, Load Balancing, etc.
• Troubleshooting and Debugging of VMware Architecture related issues.
• Strong understanding of Linux/Windows servers.
• Good to have some knowledge in vRA/vRO.
• Good to have Any Automation Experience with PowerShell/Python/Bash/Ansible and basic knowledge of VMware API’s.
• Good to have some knowledge of Kubernetes and Dockers.
• Succeed in a team environment.

Proven graphic designing experience - 

•  A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics
