Roles & Responsibilities

Your objective will be to ensure that client is able to extract value of our solution to the fullest. You will be the first point of contact for the client and end users of the software. You will be responsible for successful transition of the customer to our solution, for client communication and coordinating with them for conducting feature demonstration and giving training sessions. You will be resolving client queries on a real-time basis. You will also report to Product team on any major issues that clients may be facing. Uphold established standards, processes and best practices in customer service. You are expected to continuously learn and build a knowledge base by reading books, understanding business, and empathizing with our customers.

• 3+ years of experience in the Development in JAVA technology.
• AWS or cloud Experience
• Strong Java Basics
• SpringBoot or Spring MVC
• Hands on experience on Relationl Databases (SQL query or Hibernate) + Mongo (JSON parsing)

We're hiring at Octobotics! You will be a member of our robotics team. As a Robotics Engineer Intern, you will be responsible for engineering solutions to automation problems alongside the product development team. You can expect to co-craft innovative automated solutions and interfaces with C++/python, test third-party embedded modules in real-world scenarios, and use these experiences to pioneer the company's pioneering robotics platforms. 

The candidate should have above-average Linux skills. With experience using ROS and a comprehensive grasp of robotics fundamentals, the candidate should be able to deliver efficient and reliable code. The candidate should be able to work with vision systems and hardware like motor and controller systems, sensors, microcontrollers, communication protocols such as Ethernet or Modbus.
