About the Role

We are seeking detail-oriented and proactive Operations Interns to join our team remotely for a 3-month internship. This role is ideal for students or recent graduates interested in business operations, process management, and cross-functional coordination. While this is an unpaid internship, interns who successfully complete the program will receive a Completion Certificate and a Letter of Recommendation.

Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day business operations and process management.
• Support project coordination and ensure tasks are executed on time.
• Help prepare reports, dashboards, and documentation for operational activities.
• Collaborate with different teams (HR, Marketing, Tech, etc.) to ensure smooth workflows.
• Identify process gaps and suggest improvements for efficiency.
• Track and monitor key operational metrics.

Job Title : Backend Developer (.NET Core)

Experience : 2 to 5 Years

Work Environment :

• Hybrid model : Minimum 3 days/week from office

Job Summary :

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Backend Developer with 2–5 years of experience, proficient in .NET Core and experienced with cloud platforms (AWS preferred or Azure).

You will be responsible for building scalable backend services and RESTful APIs, integrating with cloud components, and ensuring robust data handling.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and maintain robust backend systems using .NET Core 6 or above.
• Develop and manage Web APIs for frontend and third-party integrations.
• Work with cloud infrastructure (preferably AWS: Lambda, EventBridge, SQS, CloudWatch, S3; or Azure: AppService, Functions, AzureSQL, EventHub, Blob Storage).
• Work with databases such as SQL Server, PostgreSQL, and tools like PGAdmin.
• Utilize Entity Framework Core, Dapper, or equivalent ORM tools.
• Collaborate using Git or TFS for version control.
• Develop, debug, and maintain code in Visual Studio.
• Write optimized and scalable SQL queries and stored procedures.
• Participate in code reviews and maintain high code quality.

Required Skills :

• Proficient in .NET Core 6+.
• Experience with RESTful API development.
• Strong command of SQL and relational databases.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS preferred, Azure acceptable).
• Good understanding of Git/TFS.
• Hands-on experience with tools like Visual Studio, SQL Server, PGAdmin.
• ORM experience with Entity Framework Core, Dapper, or similar.

Nice to Have :

About the Role

Position: Sales Representative, SMB (Asia & Middle East)

Location: Pune (Remote) 

Timings : Must be able to work in the eastern time zone to overlap with key stakeholders 

What You Will Do:

• Identify and target SMB customers in Asia and the Middle East, with a focus on India.
• Conduct market research to understand SMB needs and buying behaviors.
• Generate leads through proactive outreach, leveraging various channels.
• Deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations.
• Tailor solutions to address customer requirements and ensure satisfaction.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales efforts.
• Stay updated on industry trends and provide insights for sales strategies.
• Meet or exceed sales targets, driving revenue growth.
• Maintain accurate records and provide regular sales reports.

Who we are looking for:

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field.
• 2-3 years of B2B SaaS sales experience in India.
• Strong understanding of the SMB market in Asia, specifically India.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Results-driven with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently or in a team.
• Proficiency in CRM systems (ideally Salesforce) and sales productivity tools (ie. Outreach).
• Willingness to travel within assigned regions.
• Fluency in English, additional language skills a plus.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Become an expert in our technology and platforms
• Provide top-tier, highly skilled and attentive support to our consumer app teams.
• Perform production support, troubleshooting and maintenance tasks with a focus on quality and timeliness
• Work with the Implementations and Delivery Teams on defect resolution and solution delivery
• As an active member of the backend team you would utilize and promote best practices and standards
• You’ll develop new technical skills and gain industry knowledge
• You’ll provide occasional “after-hours” incident response and support
• Maintain software to integrate with internal back-end systems
• Build tools to reduce occurence of errors and improve customer experience
• Manage system troubleshooting and maintenance.

Required skills and qualifications

• 4+ years’ experience supporting Web and Backend based application software and environments preferred

• Ability to prioritize effectively and handle shifting priorities professionally

• Experience with version management systems like GIT, Subversion

• Knowledge on Payment gateways (Razorpay, Juspay)

• Experience with web application servers, basic idea on AWS and Azure

• Databases (SQL and NoSQL) and SQL query language.

• Good understanding of Networking principles.

• An understanding and background with Object Oriented Programming languages

• Required Full stack development knowledge.

Preferred skills and qualifications

• Bachelor of science degree (or equivalent) in computer science, engineering, or relevant field

• ·       3+ Yrs Solid knowledge of frontend development with a minimum of 2 years of work on ReactJS,/ React native 
• ·       Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model
