Hi Shanon, As discussed we have one open req for AI role. The right skill set I am looking for is experience with RAG pipelines, Performance monitoring of prompts and tuning. Multi model RAG and agentic AI soon but not night away. Needless to say Python and the NLP lib experience is a must. Database knowledge is also essential. The developer needs to be in Morgan Stanley offices 3 days per week. BLR location is preferred, if not Mumbai is also fine. The duration is long term since we are looking to expand the use cases Please let me know if you have any questions.

Role Overview

We’re looking for a high-energy Business Development Executive who’s ready to hustle, own their pipeline, and grow with us. You’ll drive B2B client acquisition, nurture leads, and unlock new opportunities across our growing verticals.

What You’ll Do

• Identify and reach out to potential clients (startups, enterprises, etc.) in need of recruitment solutions
• Build and manage a sales pipeline – from lead generation to closing deals
• Conduct product/service pitches over email, LinkedIn, and calls
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver customized solutions
• Maintain CRM hygiene and track metrics to hit targets
• Represent PinnacleU in a professional, persuasive, and consultative manner

What We’re Looking For

• 1–3 years of experience in B2B Sales/Business Development (HR services background is a plus)
• Excellent communication skills (spoken + written)
• Go-getter attitude with strong ownership and accountability
• Ability to work US hours (5 PM–2 AM IST)

Responsibilities: 

1.                  Lead the strategic planning, development, and launch of Azure integration capabilities within our flagship product ensuring a seamless and efficient integration process. 

2.                  Conduct market research and engage with customers to understand their needs and challenges related to Azure cloud services. 

3.                  Collaborate with engineering, design, and sales teams to define product requirements, roadmaps, and go-to-market strategies for Azure Launch. 

4.                  Deliver actionable product feature requirements and stories with wireframes (hands-on work is required here) 

5.                  Drive feature delivery to customers and conduct feedback loop based improvements. 

6.                  Stay abreast of Azure services and cloud industry trends to ensure our product remains competitive and innovative. 

Required Experience and Skills: 

·                    Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Business, or a related field. A master's degree or an MBA would be a plus. 

·                    4+ years of experience in a product management role, ideally in a cloud-based product environment. 

·                    Strong understanding of Azure services, cloud computing technologies, and SaaS platforms. 

·                    Experience building features/ solutions in Cloud Management/Cloud Operations in FinOps, SecOps, Cloud IT Ops. 

·                    Experience with Azure Migration, Azure CloudOps configuration, Managed Services is a plus 

·                    Passion for Automation and simplification of complex IT processes 

·                    Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle. 

·                    Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills. 

·                    Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. 

·                    Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment. 

·                    Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience in creating customer-facing technical documentation such as user guides and release notes. 

·                    Comfortable with ambiguity and able to prioritize tasks in a rapidly changing environment. 

·                    Demonstrated success in defining and launching products would be a plus.

1. Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media.

2. Calling 65-70 leads everyday

3. Setting up meetings with potential clients (parents)

4. Generating Trial Classes - Pitch Parents to take PlanetSpark trial Classes

5. Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections

6. Follow and achieve department’s sales goals on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis (3L revenue per month)
