Role Summary

We are hiring a software engineer to build and maintain automation workflows where documents (PDFs, files) trigger backend actions across systems.

This is a hands-on engineering role focused on workflow automation, document/PDF processing, and API integrations.

This is not a research role and not a chatbot-only role.

Responsibilities

• Build automation workflows using Python
• Process PDFs and documents to extract structured data
• Integrate OCR tools for scanned documents when required
• Develop API integrations with internal and third-party systems
• Handle webhooks and background jobs
• Add logging, error handling, and retry logic for production workflows

Required Skills

• 2–3 years of experience with Python
• Experience with workflow automation or backend services
• Hands-on document processing or PDF parsing experience
• Strong understanding of API integration
• Experience handling webhooks or async/background tasks
• Working knowledge of Git
• OCR integration experience
• Exposure to OpenAI or LLM APIs
• Experience with automation tools such as n8n, Zapier, or Make
• Basic AWS exposure (Lambda, S3)

• Deliver full-cycle Tableau development projects, from business needs assessment and data discovery, through solution design, to delivery to client.

• Enable our clients and ourselves to answer questions and develop data-driven insights through Tableau.

• Provide technical leadership and support across all aspects of Tableau development and use, from data specification development, through DataMart development, to supporting end-user dashboards and reports.

• Administrate Tableau Server by creating sites, add/remove users, and provide the appropriate level access for users.

• Strategize and ideate the solution design. Develop UI mock-ups, storyboards, flow diagrams, conceptual diagrams, wireframes, visual mockups, and interactive prototypes.

• Develop best practices guidelines for Tableau data processing and visualization. Use these best practices to quickly deliver functionality across the client base and internal users.

• Degree in a highly-relevant analytical or technical field, such as statistics, data science, or business analytics.

· 5+ years as a Tableau developer and administrator.

· Extensive experience with large data sets, statistical analyses, and visualization as well as hands-on experience on tools (SQL, Tableau, Power BI).

· Ability to quickly learn and take responsibility to deliver.

• Be a champion for technical solutions on the Microsoft platform with a keen understanding of Dynamics NAV/BC development practices, and a good knowledge of other development techniques. Should have done upgrades from previous versions and data migration from various legacy applications.
• Provide capability to develop sector-specific templates to enhance the out of the box Dynamics NAV/BC functionality, giving a unique selling point and also a resaleable asset.
• Work closely with the architecture team to design and develop our most complex customer needs, providing development only where these requirements cannot be met through configuration. Creating high quality and sustainable client solutions and project documentation.
• Meet and exceed customer expectations of business knowledge, skills and behavior. Identify business/project risk and mitigate or communicate as necessary.
• Participate in pre-sales activities as requested.

Technical Skills:

Primary Skills Required(Dynamics NAV/BC)

• Extensive experience with Dynamics NAV/BC up to the latest versions
• Broad Dynamics NAV/BC module understanding covering all core modules and additional add-on solutions
• Direct experience in consultancy and solution architecture within a Microsoft Gold Partner environment
• Track record of Dynamics NAV/BC implementation experience either as a team member or team leader.
• Knowledge of NAV/BC implementation and end to end implementation
• Experience with NAV/BC interfacing and integration. Experience in gathering technical requirement. upgrades and migration knowledge is important
• Beneficial to know Agile and Sure Step methodologies
• Experience in other technologies such as D365, SQL, Power BI, SSAS, SharePoint along with knowledge of Azure and .Net;
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with well-developed interpersonal skills and an ability to relate to clients and colleagues

Secondary Skills:

• Knowledge of SQL Server, MS Azure, Power BI, SSRS.(Required)
• Good to have someone with Auto domain expertise. Should have very good experience in client handling

Soft Skills Required:

Strong personal organization and time management skills

  Strong knowledge in statistical and data mining techniques: GLM/Regression, Random Forest, Boosting, Trees, text mining, etc. 

 Sound Knowlegde querying databases and using statistical computer languages: R, Python, SQL, etc. 

 Strong understanding creating and using advanced machine learning algorithms and statistics: regression, simulation, scenario analysis, modeling, clustering, decision trees, neural networks, etc. 

 Job Description:

• Develop front end User Interface of our UKLB Experience Analysis (Biometrics) tool using SharePoint, PowerApps, Power Automate, and Logic Apps 
• Connection of UI with back end SQL Database using Logic Apps - Advise solution design as a Logic Apps expert (specifically around UI)
