Consumer Insights & Creative Strategy Lead

We are looking for someone who can understand a consumer deeply and turn that understanding into

advertising that feels instantly relevant.

At ToppersNotes, we help students prepare for competitive exams with focused study material. At

Kidureka, we create educational kits that children can build, explore and demonstrate. The audiences

are different, but the creative challenge is the same: understand what they care about, show how the

product helps, and earn their trust.

You will own the thinking behind our ads—from consumer research and campaign concepts to scripts,

production briefs and improvements based on results. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys

both strategy and writing.

What you will do:

- Study customers through interviews, reviews, social media comments, sales conversations and

campaign feedback.

- Identify specific motivations, frustrations, objections and buying triggers for different audience

segments.

- Develop ad concepts that connect a real consumer problem to a clear product benefit.

- Write compelling scripts for short video ads, creator-led content, demonstrations, testimonials and

brand campaigns.

- Write natural dialogue and strong hooks in Hindi, Hinglish and English, as appropriate for the audience.

- Work with product, marketing, creators and video teams to turn scripts into effective ads.

- Ensure that product claims are accurate, specific and supported by a demonstration or credible

evidence.

- Review campaign performance and consumer responses to refine scripts and develop new creative

angles.

- Build a growing library of consumer insights, tested messages and successful ad formats for both

brands.

What we are looking for:

- 4–8 years of experience in creative strategy, advertising, consumer research, brand content or

performance creative.

- Strong hands-on scriptwriting experience, especially for digital video.

- The ability to move beyond broad statements such as “students need better preparation” or “parents

want less screen time” and uncover the precise situation behind a buying decision.

- An understanding of consumer psychology, audience segmentation, brand positioning and direct-

response advertising.

- A strong ear for authentic Hindi/Hinglish dialogue. Your writing should sound like the people we are

speaking to.

- The ability to explain a product benefit simply and persuasively without exaggeration.

- Comfort using campaign data and qualitative feedback to improve creative work.

- Curiosity, good judgment and the willingness to speak directly with customers.

Experience in education, exam preparation, parenting, toys or D2C brands is useful, but the quality of

your thinking and writing matters more.

What success looks like?

Your ads should make the right consumer think, “That is exactly my problem.” They should then

understand why the product is relevant, see a believable reason to trust it, and feel mot ivated to take

the next step.

Content Writer's responsibilities include conducting thorough research on industry-related topics, generating ideas for new content types, and proofreading articles before publication.

Ultimately, you’ll deliver quality writing pieces that appeal to our audiences, attract customers and boost brand awareness.

Creative Content Writer - B2B/B2C

Description:

Our clients have stories that need telling, we’re looking for storytellers who weave the right narrative for them. Are you comfortable telling stories of social impact, societal change, industrial evolution, and technological innovation? Are you well-versed with corporate communication, writing content for B2B marketing and sales, and enterprise content marketing? Have you worked on a large variety of content types - emails, brochures, flyers, social media content, website copy, sales presentations, webinar decks, articles, and whitepapers? Portfolios will be checked for expertise in both B2B and B2C domains. Please share only samples of work done by yourself for actual clients. Share only creative work done for an actual company, strictly no SEO blogs or personal blogs. . Shortlisting will be followed by a video interview.
