Assist senior sales engineers in preparing and delivering technical presentations and proposals.

Understand client requirements and recommend appropriate solutions.

Support pre-sales activities, product demonstrations, and client meetings.

Generate leads and contribute to achieving sales targets.

Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities in assigned territories or accounts.

Prepare and deliver technical presentations, proposals, and quotations.

Coordinate with internal departments (Design, Production) to ensure smooth order execution.

Negotiate terms and close sales to meet targets.

Provide post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.

Conduct market analysis and track competitor activity to identify trends and opportunities.

Maintain CRM records and provide regular reporting of sales activities and forecasts.

Skills Required

 Basic technical understanding of products (engineering/industrial/products knowledge)

About the Role  

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to support the CEO’s Office in administrative, coordination, and operational activities. This role will play a key part in ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning, including supporting documentation such as Statements of Work (SOWs), vendor coordination, and internal operations.

Key Responsibilities  

• Assist the CEO’s Office in day-to-day administrative and operational tasks
• Prepare, review, and manage Statements of Work (SOWs), contracts, and related documentation
• Coordinate with internal teams (HR, Finance, Delivery, Sales) for documentation and approvals
• Maintain records, trackers, and documentation repositories with high accuracy
• Manage scheduling, meeting coordination, and follow-ups on action items
• Support vendor management, invoicing coordination, and basic financial tracking
• Ensure timely communication and coordination across departments
• Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
• Identify and streamline administrative processes for better efficiency

Required Skills & Qualifications  

• 2–5 years of experience in administration, operations, executive assistance, or coordination roles
• MBA (preferred) or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Business Administration / Commerce
• Experience working with SOWs, contracts, or business documentation
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced tech startup environment with minimal supervision
• Familiarity with basic finance/invoicing processes
• Exposure to vendor or client coordination
• Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice period preferred 

Occupational Health & Safety Management;

Handling posermnent official's visits and its timely compliance, ensure renewal of fire NOC, Petroleum NOC, on site emergency plan approval etc.

Develop a safe, pollution free work environment and robust EHS Culture at site

To enhance engagement of employees for building EHS culture

Improve the awareness and capabilities of people at suite on EHS

Implementation of EHS Global Standards, Like work permut system, LOTO Pemit, contractor safety management, chemical safety management. Personnel protective equipment, Incident reporting and investigation, Risk Assesment and process hazand analysis, change control management, Employee Engagement, Machine Safety procedure etc.

Evaluation of training need assessment and ensure the compliance as per calender

EIS round on monthly basis with engaging department SLT's, shift in charges and EHS profesionals

Creating awareness among employees and workers by celebrating EHS Programs - National Safety Week, Road Safety Weck, Fire Service week etc.

Encourage near miss reporting, employee's reward and recognitions.

Development of departmental EHS coordinators, encourage them to report unsafe observations, near miss reporting conducting department EHS meet, participation in EHS promotional activities.

Ensure electrical safety with coordination engineering department,

Conducting job safety analysis, Risk Assessment & Process hazard analyus. Ensure standard PPE's requirement, use of need base PPE's and its safe disposal

Encourage and ensure incident reporting & investigation, root cause analysis and compliance of corrective action and preventive action,

Ensure emergency preparedness and response compliance and ready to operate 24X7 fire Extinguishers, Fire Hydrant System, Fire alarm system, Public Announcement System, SCBA Safety shower, Spill control Kit, ambulance etc.

Ensure pressure vessel, Lifting tool tackles, hoist and lifts etc testing and compliance, form-9, form-33 etc.

Workplace health & hygiene monitoring

Ensure the compliance of EHS legal register and compliance register

Ensure the compliance of local EHS procedures, EHS Manual, EHS Policy, On site emergency plan.

Job Description :

1. Design and build applications for the iOS platform

2. Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications

3. Collaborate with a team to define, design, and ship new features

4. Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs

5. Help maintain code quality, organization, and automatization.

6. Experience with socket programming

7. Must familiar with design architectures

8. Must have apps live over AppStore at least 2 apps.

9. Good knowledge of storyboards, Hibs, and constraints.

10. Experience with Swift UI will be beneficial.
