Responsibilities

• Prepare Subcontract Agreement and Joint Venture Agreement and conclude the same in coordination with Manager.
• Managing manpower with respect to Quantity basis &Timely completion basis.
• Ensure the current market rate. (Analysis of particular work as per Quantity basis, Work description basis)
• Follow up Subcontractor's Performance Bonds and Tender Bonds
• Reviews Subcontractor's monthly invoice and prepare Subcontractor's Payment Certificates.
• Identify variation or change order and prepare valuation accounts.
• Assist the Purchasing Department and Site Project Manager in contractual matters related to procurement / supply contract and agreements.
• Reviewing the contract documents prior to tendering.
• Reviews and clarifies show drawings.
• Coordinate Project Close-Out Procedures including manuals, warranties and As-built drawings.

Role summary

We are looking for an Email Marketing Specialist who combines analytical thinking with

creativity to drive high-performing campaigns. This role requires someone who can

independently plan, execute, and optimize email marketing initiatives while leveraging data to improve engagement and conversions. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working across multiple tools, campaigns, and datasets.

This role comes with a high level of ownership. You will be responsible for managing email as a core growth channel end-to-end, from strategy to execution to optimization. We’re looking

for someone who can take initiative, test new ideas, and continuously improve performance without relying on constant direction.

What You’ll Do

1. Campaign Strategy & Planning

● Plan and execute email and outbound campaigns for lead generation

● Create targeted campaigns aligned with user personas and business goals

● Manage campaign calendars and ensure timely delivery across multiple initiatives

● Work with lead data tools (e.g., Apollo, Snov.io) to build and manage prospect lists

● Leverage AI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT) to accelerate the whole process

2. Marketing Automation & CRM Management

● Build and manage automation workflows with a focus on logic, scalability, and efficiency

● Work extensively with CRM platforms (preferably HubSpot) for campaign execution and

tracking

● Maintain and optimize contact databases, segmentation, and lifecycle stages

3. Data Analysis & Optimization

● Ensure best practices in email deliverability, including domain setup and inbox health

● Track campaign performance using key metrics such as open rates, CTR, conversions,

and ROI — and for outbound specifically, monitor reply rate, positive reply rate, meeting

booked rate, and sequence-level A/B results

● Continuously test and optimize outreach sequences for reply rates and conversions

● Use data to derive insights and continuously improve campaign effectiveness

● Work with spreadsheets (Google Sheets/Excel) to analyze campaign data and generate

reports

4. Audience Segmentation & Persona Mapping

● Develop and refine customer personas for targeted communication

● Segment audiences based on behavior, demographics, and engagement patterns

● Personalize campaigns to improve relevance and performance

5. Content & Quality Control

● Collaborate with sales/marketing to align messaging with ICPs and target accounts

● Collaborate with content/design teams to develop effective email creatives

● Ensure accuracy, consistency, and attention to detail in all campaigns

● Conduct A/B testing for subject lines, content, and CTAs

6. Cross-functional Collaboration

● Work with marketing, sales, and external vendors to align campaigns with broader goals

● Communicate insights, performance updates, and recommendations clearly

Qualification Criteria

● 2+ years of experience in lead generations campaigns and GTM strategies, including email marketing or a other paid marketing channels

● Demonstrated ability to own a channel end-to-end — from strategy and execution to reporting and optimization — with minimal supervision

● Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make decisions

● Proficiency in Google Sheets (comfortable with basic to intermediate formulas and data handling)

● Hands-on experience with CRM tools, preferably HubSpot

● Strong understanding of audience segmentation and persona mapping

● Deliver regular performance reports (weekly/monthly) covering campaign results, key

insights, and recommended next steps

● Present findings clearly to internal stakeholders, translating data into actionable

recommendations

● High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously

● Self-starter with the ability to work independently and proactively

● Strong problem-solving skills and structured thinking

● Good written and verbal communication skills

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES   

• Sr. Associate, Technology plays a significant role during the design and implementation of the technological solution for our clients.   
• A Sr. Associate, Technology is involved in ensuring a quality technical design that satisfies the business requirements of the client.   

• A Sr. Associate, Technology is often involved in package evaluations and recommendations, communicating the technological details of the project to the business users and workshops with the clients. Sr. Associate, Technology also participates in gathering business requirements and assessing existing architectures and resources.  
• Sr. Associate, Technology provides leadership to the team by taking responsibility for a specific component or track of the project architecture.  By taking on this level of responsibility, a Sr. Associate, Technology spends more time overseeing the tasks required to implement a solution rather than performing the tasks directly.  This includes planning, estimation, resource management, issue resolution and quality assurance.  A Sr. Associate, Technology is also responsible for coordinating and communicating with the other tracks and disciplines involved in the project.

• Raises and drives to closure with the client any technical design and implementation issues in the module and also in the interfaces and interactions with other modules  
• Estimates the implementation and deployment of the module based on design architecture, testing strategy and overall project plan  
• Assists the architect in coming up with the overall estimates for the project along with any key risks and issues and their mitigation  

• Reports progress and issues to the Manager in a timely manner. In particular, to relay issues that might impact on quality or the ability to deliver to timescales or estimates  
• Works with team on the development of standards, processes and procedures related to application security, upgrade management, capacity planning, application deployment, performance monitoring/tuning, and failover and disaster recovery  
• Mentors the team on the best techniques to debug and troubleshoot design and implementation defects and issues

1. Develop, strengthen and proactively connect with new employers to increase our youth’s opportunities to secure a sustainable livelihood.

2. Maintain and strengthen current employer engagement activities including employer events, and support the Mentoring Programme and management of the vacancy portal and customer relationship management tool/platform to reflect the needs of our youth and maximize opportunities for employers to engage with our students.

3. Understand the context of youth enrolled in the program in order to inform and identify areas of action and use statistical analysis to improve employer engagement activity.

4. Establish, strengthen, and evaluate effective communication with skilling partners, trainers, mentors, and youth.

5. Working with the Program Head in partnership with central placement cells, and other programs within the organization to establish and evaluate priorities and provision.

6. Be responsible for the effective income generation of the youth above minimum wages.
