SDE I

Location: Gurgaon

Experience: 0–2 years | Type: Full-time | Reports to: CTO

Responsibilities

• Build and ship end-to-end features across frontend and backend.
• Write clean, efficient code in TypeScript, React/Next.js, and Node.js.
• Contribute to AI simulation and assessment logic.
• Collaborate with design and product to deliver fast.
• Participate in AI-based code reviews to shorten release cycles.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s in CS or equivalent.
• Strong fundamentals: OOP, async patterns, REST, database design.
• Hands-on with React/Next.js, Node.js, PostgreSQL/Prisma.
• Excited to work across frontend, backend, DevOps, and design interfaces.

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with AWS.
• Prior experience in a high-velocity startup.

Job Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers.

Explain health insurance products clearly and accurately.

Convince customers politely and close sales.

Follow up with interested leads and maintain call records.

Update daily call status and reports.

Maintain professionalism and good customer interaction.

Other Requirements:

Must speak Kannada fluently and have basic English knowledge.

Selected candidate's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Working on Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma

2. Designing infographics, posters, carousels, and journals

3. Create compelling, error-free content aligned with brand guidelines

4. Designing and creating visual assets

5. Assisting in creating graphics, illustrations, and layouts

6. Developing materials for marketing, social media, and websites

• Working with Managers to determine hiring needs for the business function team
• Sourcing potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks)
• Partnering with Recruiting firms
• Developing a strong relationship with various agencies and work with them to get the right candidates
• Developing strong stakeholder relationships (Hiring Managers) and maintaining effective communication channels
• Designing job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements
• Facilitating the initial conversation with all candidates
• Being the key contact for internal applicants
• Managing internal posting and employee referral programs
• Screening and recommending candidates to hiring managers, handling reference checks, HR round
• Collaborating with stakeholders to improve and streamline the talent acquisitions processes and workflows as we scale the business function teams
• Working closely with business leaders to influence and deliver quality assessment and high-touch candidate experience through all aspects of the recruitment

Desired Candidate Profile

• Graduate or Post-Graduate with 2-4 years of relevant experience in recruiting
• Hands-on experience with recruiting across level with a good understanding of various interview techniques and evaluation methods
• Strong organization, interpersonal and communication skills required
• Ability to deal appropriately with highly confidential information
• Ability to prioritize and juggle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Comprehensive knowledge of, and experience with, Microsoft Word/Excel/PowerPoint
• Hands-on experience with Avature or similar ATS is preferred    

• Delivering a complete Front-end application
• Ensuring high performance on mobile and desktop
• Writing tested, idiomatic, and documented JavaScript, HTML and CSS
• Coordinating the workflow between the graphic designer, the HTML coder, and yourself
• Cooperating with the back-end developer in the process of building the web service/ application
• Communicating with external web services

Technical/Functional Skills:

• 3 to 5 yrs of experience working as an Angular Developer
• Experience in Angular 7,8,9 versions are mandated.
• Proficiency in CSS, HTML, javascript
• Experience on Multi-Language is preferable
• Knowledge on Arabic design is a plus
• Experience on Components based Architecture
• Experience on CSS Grids and Flex Layout mandatory
• Well versed with coding standards
• Be able to provide effort estimations based on the customer requirements
• Experience of implementing enterprise level Angular applications and the related Architecture
• Implementation knowledge on Agile, working experience on Continuous Integration (CI) process is required
• Experience of integration with SAP is highly desirable
• Working knowledge with databases ORACLE, SQL Server, mySQL
• Be hands-on technical and should work as either individual contributor or team member
• Must have knowledge in code version mechanism using tools like TeamCity, GitHub
• Knowledge on Agile scrum and waterfall methodology
• Optimizing performance of code and reviewing code of junior developers
• Work closely with the architecture team and provide architecture inputs
• Experience with understanding of mobile related frameworks like Cordova is a plus
• Comfortable dealing with APIs and utilizing oDATA/REST / JSON interfaces
