Job Description :

We are looking for a skilled GoldenSource Technical Consultant / Developer with extensive experience in implementing and customizing GoldenSource v8.x for financial institutions. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical knowledge of security reference data management and hands-on experience working with market data vendors.

Mandatory Skills :

GoldenSource v8.x, Security Master, Workflow & UI Development, Bloomberg/Reuters Integration, Oracle/PostgreSQL, JBoss/JMS.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and implement GoldenSource v8.x in financial services environments.
• Deep understanding of GoldenSource Security Master v8.x, including architecture and data model.
• Design and develop workflows, connectors, and UI components within GoldenSource.
• Manage and handle Security Reference Data effectively.
• Integrate with data vendors like Bloomberg, Reuters, etc.
• Understand and apply knowledge of financial instruments and capital markets.
• Work with RDBMS platforms such as Oracle or PostgreSQL.
• Collaborate using tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and middleware technologies like JBoss and JMS.

• Software Design and Development: Lead and contribute to the design, architecture, and development of software applications within the "I" domain. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software developers, hardware engineers, and product managers, to define requirements and specifications for software projects. • Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers, guiding them in best practices, code reviews, and troubleshooting complex technical issues. Act as a subject matter expert in software design principles, programming languages, and development methodologies. • System Integration: Collaborate with other engineering teams to integrate software components with hardware systems or existing software infrastructure. Ensure seamless integration and compatibility of software modules. • Code Review and Quality Assurance: Review code written by other team members to ensure adherence to coding standards, performance optimization, and maintainability. Perform thorough testing and debugging to identify and resolve software defects. • Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation, including design documents, architecture diagrams, and user manuals. • Research and Innovation: Stay abreast of the latest industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices related to the "I" domain. Evaluate and recommend new tools, frameworks, and technologies that can enhance the software development process and product performance. • Project Management: Collaborate with project managers to define project scope, estimate effort, and plan development timelines. Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget, meeting the specified quality standards.

• Leading the engineering team  and federated suites.
• Helping define Technical Roadmap and own the entire product delivery end to end.
• Working very closely with various business stakeholders to drive the execution of multiple business plans and technologies for the team.
• Improving, optimizing and identifying opportunities for efficient software development processes.
• Hiring, Developing and Retaining a strong team of engineers.

• 7-9 years of experience with Java development, Spring Boot. Minimum 5+ years of managing high performance development team(s).
• Strong knowledge of REST and micro services based design.
• Experience across the product development SDLC with solving customer problem approaches.
• Prior product engineering leadership in Identity and Access Management solutions is a big plus.

• Qualifications: PG in HR (MBA, PGDM, PGP etc) / B.E, BTech
• Experience: 6-10 Years Experience
• Professional skills: Expert knowledge of sources of talent and recruitment, IT skills, technologies & industry. Preferred from Product Engineering / Product Support / Apps domain with bulk-hiring experience
