We are looking for a Purchase Executive to manage software ordering, vendor coordination, and licensing processes. The role involves working closely with the sales team, distributors, and OEMs to ensure timely order processing and smooth delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process purchase orders for software licenses (OEM / distributor).
• Coordinate with vendors for pricing, availability, and order confirmation.
• Ensure accurate order placement as per approved quotations.
• Track order status and ensure timely delivery / activation of licenses.
• Maintain records of orders, invoices, and licensing details.
• Work closely with the sales team for order closure and dispatch updates.
• Handle vendor communication for any issues, delays, or escalations.
• Verify invoices and ensure proper documentation for billing.

Key Responsibilities

Architect & Design:

• Provide technical and architectural direction for complex frontend solutions,ensuring alignment with enterprise standards and best practices.
• Conduct design and code reviews to maintain high-quality, reusable, and scalable frontend interfaces for enterprise applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and enforce UI/UX design guidelines, accessibility standards, and performance benchmarks.
