About the Role

We are looking for skilled professionals to join our LiDAR & Scan-to-BIM team at both Manager and Executive levels. The role involves processing LiDAR datasets (ALS/MLS/TLS), generating accurate BIM models, and supporting infrastructure and as-built engineering projects. Candidates will work on high-precision 3D modelling, documentation, and quality-driven project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Process LiDAR datasets including registration, classification, alignment, noise removal, and QA/QC.
• Develop LOD 200–500 BIM models for bridges, roads, railways, buildings, and utilities.
• Extract plans, profiles, sections, and as-built details from point clouds.
• Prepare reports, drawings, clearance studies, and infrastructure documentation.
• Collaborate with GIS, CAD, survey, and project teams to ensure workflow accuracy and timely delivery.
• (For Senior Role) Lead project delivery, client coordination, workflow design, and team mentoring.

Required Qualifications

For Senior Manager:

• B.Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering, Geomatics, Geoinformatics, Surveying, or Architecture

For Technical Executive:

• Graduate / Post-Graduate in GIS, Remote Sensing, or related fields

Preferred Skills

• Hands-on experience with tools like Revit, Recap, CloudCompare, Civil 3D, Navisworks, TerraScan, or Leica Cyclone.
• Understanding of engineering drawings, as-built documentation, and point-cloud workflows.
• Strong attention to detail, technical aptitude, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• (For Senior Role) Ability to manage teams, standardize workflows, and ensure project quality.

Duties

• Perform site survey and analysis on all noise and vibration requirement
• Develop acoustic system design concepts and report to achieve project and product performance requirements
• Troubleshoot noise issue and provide solution
• Collaborate with the sale team to provide acoustic solution through site visits and measurement
• Study Project specification and propose suitable product and solution
• Prepare project BOQ and Technical submittal
• Develop and improve the company acoustic products

Experience

• Good knowledge and understanding of acoustic testing and measurement techniques
• Good experience in Acoustic Software's
• Good Experience in AutoCAD and other modelling software

Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled AutoCAD Draftsman with a minimum of 2 years of professional experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have proficiency in AutoCAD software and a strong understanding of drafting principles. Responsibilities:
