About the Role
We are looking for skilled professionals to join our LiDAR & Scan-to-BIM team at both Manager and Executive levels. The role involves processing LiDAR datasets (ALS/MLS/TLS), generating accurate BIM models, and supporting infrastructure and as-built engineering projects. Candidates will work on high-precision 3D modelling, documentation, and quality-driven project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Process LiDAR datasets including registration, classification, alignment, noise removal, and QA/QC.
- Develop LOD 200–500 BIM models for bridges, roads, railways, buildings, and utilities.
- Extract plans, profiles, sections, and as-built details from point clouds.
- Prepare reports, drawings, clearance studies, and infrastructure documentation.
- Collaborate with GIS, CAD, survey, and project teams to ensure workflow accuracy and timely delivery.
- (For Senior Role) Lead project delivery, client coordination, workflow design, and team mentoring.
