About the Role

Avillion Farms is looking for a detail-oriented AutoCAD 2D Architect with strong experience in preparing architectural drawings for luxury villas, farmhouses, premium residences and construction projects.

The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge of AutoCAD 2D, architectural working drawings, GFC drawings, detailing and construction documentation, with the ability to coordinate with architects, interior designers, structural consultants and site teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate 2D architectural drawings using AutoCAD.
• Develop detailed floor plans, elevations and sections based on design concepts.
• Prepare GFC (Good for Construction) drawings and construction documentation.

• Prepare drawing sets for site execution and construction teams.
• Review drawings for errors, clashes, missing dimensions and inconsistencies before issuing them.
• Maintain proper drawing versions, revisions and documentation.
• Coordinate with site engineers and supervisors to resolve drawing-related issues.
• Visit project sites when required to understand site conditions and verify measurements.
• Assist senior architects in preparing detailed drawing packages for luxury residential projects.
