Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced ArcGIS Developer to design, implement, and support GIS-based solutions.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in ArcGIS Pro, ArcPy, and GIS server configuration, and will play a key role in the development of new ArcGIS features and spatial data applications.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and enhance ArcGIS features and functionalities.
• Configure and manage ArcGIS Server and related components.
• Implement GIS-based solutions within various projects.
• Provide hands-on training and technical support to teams transitioning into GIS or developer roles.
• Work with geospatial data including spatial, tabular, and attribute data.
• Develop and manage geocoding and geo-referencing workflows using ArcPy.
• Perform spatial analysis including map scaling, analytic overlay, and point source mapping.
• Utilize ESRI GeoDatabase and shapefiles for data management and processing.
• Integrate US Census geographies and map tiles into GIS applications.

Role & Responsibilities

• You will be working with the Rust compiler and will be responsible for compiling to alternate targets such as WebAssembly
• You will be exposed with TDD for unit testing individual functions and integration testing for testing publicly exposed APIs
• Working with a Git style workflow where every commit deploys to a stagingenvironment and merged pull requests deploy to production
• Setting up CI/CD pipelines for testing and deployment (canary, staging) using Github actionsaccording to project needs
• Developing software in Rust
• Maintaining and improving existing rust codebases.

Responsibilities:

• Driving the Digital Product Development for Nutrabay, in an analytical and structured way across platforms (Web, Mobile & App).
• Driving various growth initiatives at Nutrabay such as partner platforms and modules..
• Owning various modules such as affiliate management systems, referral and loyalty and evolve them in line with business objectives and consumer effectiveness
• Create simple and effective product documentation including Product Requirement Docs(PRD’s), Research Docs, Sprint Reviews etc. ensuring seamless transition of features and tasks between cross-functional teams.
• Ensuring timely product sprints and removing any bottlenecks that could hinder the development sprints.
• Tracking features success via success metrics through the month post every feature/module launch and update.
• Ideate Product features & drive iterations based on qualitative and quantitative user feedback.
• Designing workflows and wireframes for digital internal & external modules while ensuring a high-class User Experience(UX) on web and mobile.
• Work closely with engineers to ship features and product improvements.
• Ensure prioritization, timely execution, quality, resolving issues faced during operationalization and ensuring success metrics are met.
• You should understand, track and optimize the product journey for buyers based on data.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders in support, marketing, sales and business to develop launch strategy, product messaging and training
• Identify market opportunities and contribute to the product vision and business strategy.

About you:

• Have 2-3 years of experience ideally working on Consumer-Facing, Large-Scale growth products.

• Experience handling ISO8583 message standard; Payments Industry knowledge.
