ArcGIS Developer

We are seeking a skilled SailPoint IdentityIQ Developer to join our Identity and Access Management (IAM) team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and supporting SailPoint IIQ solutions to manage user identities, entitlements, and access privileges across the enterprise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement SailPoint IIQ solutions including lifecycle events, certifications, policies, and workflows.
• Develop custom connectors and integrate SailPoint with various systems (e.g., Active Directory, databases, cloud platforms).
• Configure and customize SailPoint IIQ components such as rules, roles, policies, and tasks.
• Perform application onboarding and connector development.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to identity provisioning and access governance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including security, compliance, and application owners.
• Maintain documentation for configurations, processes, and procedures.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment activities.
• Ensure compliance with security policies and regulatory requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ.
• Strong understanding of IAM concepts: provisioning, de-provisioning, RBAC, SOD, access reviews.
• Proficiency in Java, BeanShell, XML, and web services (REST/SOAP).
• Experience with directory services (LDAP, Active Directory) and databases (SQL).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Work Description:

1. Achieving monthly sales targets.

2. Developing new clients, finalizing & closing the deal with them.

3. Follow up for inquiries with clients. / (Resolve client inquiries.)

4. Calculation of rates (taking rates from brokers & suppliers, adding margin, cost of fund and other factors to give competitive offers)

5. Make competitive & prepare accurate quotations.

6. Negotiation with clients, brokers for order and negotiate rates with suppliers.

7. Check material availability and coordinate with the Suppliers Team.

8. Monitor purchases are done at the lowest rates with better credit terms and good quality.

9. Monitoring on the planning of delivery, arrangement of transport and other charges

10. Follow up for delivery with supplier’s team and coordinating with customers

11. Delivery material on time with quality requirements of the client.

12. Monitoring of dispatches of sales bills on time with proper supporting documents and also monitoring & managing bill processing systems.

Informatica PowerCenter (9x ,10.2) : Minimum 2+ years experience

SQL / PLSQL: Understanding of SQL procedure. Able to convert procedures into Informatica mapping.

Main Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Software Development with end-end implementation of products (Preferably in a product driven organisation)

• Minimum 3 years of experience leading a team of at least 15 developers, either as an EM or a Tech Lead

• Should have worked in a well scaled and fast paced working environment (Startups beyond Series B or a major tech organisation)

• Comfortable handling multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Well versed with cloud computing and infrastructure management AWS / GCP

• Has worked extensively on designing and implementing Microservices architecture

• Should have experience working with NoSQL data stores such as MongoDb, Cassandra, HBase, DynamoDB, etc.

• Should have experience working with Big Data streaming services such as Kinesis, Kafka, RabbitMQ etc

• Should be highly skilled in Python and have solid exposure to JavaScript

• Should have solid exposure to Web development and have had familiarity working with Android and IOS engineers
