Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Brand Manager to lead and execute brand strategies that drive growth and enhance brand equity. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in brand management, a deep understanding of consumer behavior, and the ability to manage cross-functional teams effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Brand Strategy Development:

Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies aligned with business goals.

Define brand positioning, target audience, and key messaging.

2. Marketing Campaign Management:

Lead the planning, execution, and analysis of multi-channel marketing campaigns.

Collaborate with creative, media, and digital teams to ensure cohesive brand communication.

3. Market Analysis & Insights:

Conduct market research to understand consumer needs, competition, and industry trends.

Analyze sales data and campaign performance to refine strategies.

4. Budget Management:

Manage the brand budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources.

Track and report on ROI for marketing activities.

5. Product Development Support:

Work closely with product development teams to align new products with brand strategy.

Lead go-to-market strategies for product launches.

6. Team Leadership:

Mentor and guide junior brand managers and marketing coordinators.

Facilitate cross-functional collaboration with sales, PR, and product teams.

7. Brand Performance Monitoring:

Develop and monitor KPIs to track brand performance.

Provide regular reports and insights to senior management.

Key Requirements:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).

Experience: 5+ years of brand management experience, preferably in [industry, e.g., FMCG, Tech].

Skills:

Proven ability to develop and execute successful brand strategies.

Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using data for decision-making.

Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities:

• Designing and implementing fine-tuned production ready data/ML pipelines in Hadoop platform.
• Driving optimization, testing and tooling to improve quality.

• Knowledge in modelling unstructured to structured data design.
• Experience in Big Data access and storage techniques.
