About the Role:
As a B2B Associate – Strategic Partnerships & Corporate Relations, you will play a key role in building and maintaining relationships with corporate partners to facilitate placement
opportunities for our learners. You’ll work closely with the internal team and external stakeholders to understand requirements, map the right talent, and contribute to the growth of our partner ecosystem. This is a high-impact role for someone who enjoys relationship-building, strategic thinking, and making things happen.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Corporate Outreach & Client Acquisition: Reach out to potential corporate partners, pitch our offerings, and onboard them for hiring collaborations.
Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with HRs and hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and maintain ongoing engagement.
Learner Role Mapping: Match learner skillsets with open roles from client companies, ensuring alignment between candidate capabilities and role expectations.
Coordination & Follow-Up: Coordinate interview processes between clients and learners, follow up regularly to track progress and support closures.
Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate records of outreach, placements, and feedback; generate reports and insights for internal tracking.
Market Intelligence: Stay updated on hiring trends, tech stacks in demand, and competitor landscape to inform strategic decisions.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with Placement Associates, KAMs, and internal stakeholders to deliver excellent outcomes for learners and partners.
Requirements:
Experience: 1–3 years in B2B sales, client handling, recruitment partnerships, or similar roles.
Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong follow-up and coordination ability, understanding of tech job market is a plus.
Mindset: Self-starter with a proactive approach and a strong sense of ownership.
Tools: Comfortable using CRM tools, spreadsheets, and communication platforms like Slack, Zoom, etc.

Planning, strategizing and executing SEO project along with the technical team Performing exhaustive keyword analysis for the site In depth understanding and experience of On- site Off- site SEO Managing and maximizing opportunities to increase targeted traffic to the website through a variety of SEO Process. Performing Detailed and Rigorous competitor analysis Ensure that the website is on top 5 for at least 50% of the keywords within 6 months Content analysis and optimization, writing search engine optimized title tags, description tags Team management especially off page SEO team Directory sourcing for relevant industry and directory submission/ link building Targeted keyword SEO to bring targeted visitors within a minimum time, to how the result within a month Comfortable using Paid tools like SEMRUSH or Ahrefs or relevant tools Content writing, wherever required Co-ordinating with the Technology team to ensure implementation of all changes Owning up all activities related to SEO right from keyword analysis, ranking, website page layout

- Create product strategy documents that describe business cases, high-level use cases, technical requirements, revenue, and ROI
- Analyze market data to develop sales strategies, and define product objectives for effective marketing communications plans
- Collaborate closely with engineering, production, marketing, and sales teams on the development, QA, and release of products and balance of resources to ensure success for the entire organization
- Develop product positioning and messaging that differentiates TrustCheckr and its features across primary market segments
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in product design or engineering or MBA
- Strong experience in a SaaS/Identity Space/Fintech is a plus
- 1 to 2 years of experience

Key Skills
1. Extensive knowledge of mobile app development. This includes the whole process, from the first line of code to publishing in the store(s).
2. Deep knowledge of mobile platforms on which the app runs, e.g., Android, iOS etc.
3. Proficient in HTML, CSS, Javascript, React, React Native, Node whichever language you use in the app.
4. Proficiency with writing automated tests in JUnit, Espresso, Mocha, Jest, Enzyme, XCTest, etc. depending on the libraries you use to test
5. Familiarity with RESTful APIs and mobile libraries for networking.
6. Familiarity with the JSON format.
7. Experience with profiling and debugging mobile applications.

11. Optimize Azure billing for cost/performance (VM optimization, reserved instances, etc.)
