Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a strategic vision for customer support, aligned with company goals and customer-centric values.

Responsibilities:
- Design and develop visually appealing and user-friendly WordPress websites, adhering to best practices and industry standards.
- Collaborate with the design team to translate creative concepts into functional and responsive web solutions.
- Develop custom WordPress themes and plugins to meet specific project requirements.

Requirements:

- Good knowledge and working exposure to leading Page Builders lilke Elementor, Elementor Pro, WP Bakery, etc.,
- Familiarity with digital marketing concepts, including SEO, social media, and content marketing.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Compensation:

Requirement understanding and elicitation, analysis, data/workflows, contribution to product
projects and Proof of concept (POC)
Contribute to preparing design documents and effort estimations.
Develop AI/ML Models using best-in-class ML models.
Building, testing, and deploying AI/ML solutions.
Work with Business Analysts and Product Managers to assist with defining functional user
stories.
Ensure deliverables across teams are of high quality and documented.
Recommend best ML practices/Industry standards for any ML use case.
Proactively take up R and D and recommend solution options for any ML use case.
- Work in close coordination with senior management to define strategy and targets for FI Partnerships
- Develop the pitch, collateral, presentations and other supporting material to adequately demonstrate risk/reward for the Financial Institution partners
- Generate leads pipeline (inbound and outbound) and implementation plan
- Lead and prepare presentations to Financial Institutions
- End to end management of the process for acquiring partners for the platform including conclusion of commercials, legal agreement, system integration etc
- Coordination with internal teams like Legal, Credit Risk, Product etc and with external teams of the Bank or Financial Institutions
- Progressively reduce financing cost profile across the platform and NBFC
- Work on arranging for debt funds for the NBFC from other Financial Institutions
- Work with Banking partners to actively participate in joint marketing and other efforts to drive customers both from open market and existing customers of the partner
- Work with the external stakeholders to develop products and new markets, identify business opportunities
- Track and improve on conversion from leads to closure
- Manage relationships and help resolution of issues in case of any with the Financial Institutions.
- Regular reporting of performance
- Develop deep relationships with Financial Institutions like Banks, NBFCs etc
Responsibilities
· Handle inquiries and requests from customers and address their needs
· Stay on top of accounts, making sure they receive services that are within their budget and meet their needs
· Meet regularly with other team members to discuss progress and find new ways to improve business
Serve as a brand ambassador for existing and new products, developing tailored sales pitches to each client.
· Coordinate with Customer Support and Marketing to ensure customers satisfaction and appropriately introduce new products as they relate to client needs.
· Generate progress reports for clients and senior leaders within the organization
· Identify upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities and communicate with the sales team regularly
Required skills and qualifications
· Internship or professional experience in a sales or customer service role
· Ability to multitask and juggle several responsibilities simultaneously
· Strong written and verbal communication skills
· Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
English speaking should be fluent.

Responsibilities and Ownership
- Ability to debug and optimize code and automate routine tasks.
- Evangelize and advocate for reliability practices across our organization.
- Collaborate with other Engineering teams to support services before they go live through activities such as system design consulting, developing software platforms and frameworks, monitoring/alerting, capacity planning and launch reviews.
- Analyze and optimize our core product by developing and implementing reliability and performance practices.
- Scale systems sustainably through automation and evolve systems by pushing for changes that improve reliability and velocity.
- Be on-call for services that the SRE team owns.
- Practice sustainable incident response and blameless postmortems.
Qualifications
- 6+ years of relevant experience in the following areas: SRE, DevOps, Cloud Operations, Systems Engineering, or Software Engineering.
- Excellent command of cloud services on AWS/GCP/Azure, Kubernetes and CI/CD pipelines.
- Have moderate-advanced experience in Java, C, C++, Python, Go or other object-oriented programming languages.
- You are Interested in designing, analyzing and troubleshooting large-scale distributed systems.
- You have a systematic problem-solving approach, coupled with strong communication skills and a sense of ownership and drive.
- You have a great ability to debug and optimize code and automate routine tasks.
- You have a solid background in software development and architecting resilient and reliable applications.
