Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Quality Manager to oversee and ensure quality standards across all stages of rice procurement, processing, storage, polishing, sorting, packing, and dispatch. The role requires strong expertise in rice quality parameters, laboratory testing, compliance standards, and coordination with suppliers and production teams to deliver consistent, high-quality products.
Key Responsibilities
Quality Control & Assurance
- Implement and monitor quality standards for raw, semi-processed, and finished rice
- Conduct checks on grain length, moisture, purity, color, broken %, foreign matter, and aroma
- Approve final batches before dispatch as per contract and market requirements
Laboratory & Testing
- Supervise laboratory testing and calibration of equipment
- Ensure accurate documentation and reporting of test results
Supplier & Procurement Coordination
- Inspect incoming rice from suppliers and traders
- Evaluate and onboard suppliers based on quality parameters
- Coordinate with procurement to reject substandard materials
Process Improvement & Compliance
- Drive continuous improvement in milling, grading, and sorting
- Ensure compliance with FSSAI, ISO, HACCP, BRC, and export standards
- Support internal and external quality audits
- Handle customer complaints and perform root-cause analysis
Team Leadership & Reporting
- Train mill operators, sorting staff, and lab technicians
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly quality reports
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree
- 7–10 years of experience in rice mill operations or rice export industry
- Strong knowledge of Basmati & Non-Basmati rice processing
- Experience with color sorters (Satake, Bühler), polishers, and graders preferred

Key Responsibilities :
● Define, design, and implement enterprise-grade solutions using the Microsoft stack
(.NET Core, C#, ASP.NET, Azure, SQL Server, etc.).
● Own end-to-end solution architecture including application, integration, data, and
infrastructure layers.
● Ensure solutions meet non-functional requirements including scalability, performance,
security, and reliability.
● Partner with the CTO to define and evolve the enterprise technology roadmap.
● Evaluate emerging technologies, frameworks, and tools within the Microsoft ecosystem
and recommend adoption strategies.
● Establish architectural best practices, coding standards, and guidelines for engineering
teams.
● Work closely with product, business, and engineering teams to translate requirements
into architectural blueprints.
● Mentor development teams, conduct technical reviews, and ensure architectural
compliance.
● Collaborate with external technology partners and vendors as required.
● Oversee solution implementation to ensure adherence to architecture and design
principles.
● Provide thought leadership on DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, cloud adoption (preferably
Azure), and modern software engineering practices.
● Conduct risk assessment, impact analysis, and ensure compliance with
regulatory/security standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
● 10–15 years of IT experience, with at least 5 years in architecture or senior technical
leadership roles.
● Strong expertise in .NET Core, C#, ASP.NET, Web API, MVC, Entity Framework.
● Proficiency in Azure cloud services (App Services, Functions, Service Bus, Cosmos DB,
Azure SQL, Storage, etc.).
● Hands-on experience with microservices architecture, containerization (Docker,
Kubernetes), RESTful APIs, and event-driven systems.
● Deep understanding of relational (SQL Server) and NoSQL databases.
● Exposure to DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, Git, Azure DevOps/Jenkins.
● Proven track record of designing scalable, secure, and mission-critical enterprise
applications.

WHAT WILL YOU NEED TO SUCCEED?
● Bachelor/ Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
● Previous experience in HR coordination, recruitment or a related HR role.
● Exposure to client interaction or account management is advantageous.
● Strong communication and interpersonal skills, essential for both HR and client interactions.
● Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and meet deadlines.
● Proficiency in MS Suite.

What you will do:
