Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Java Developer with 5+ years of hands-on experience in Java-based application development. The ideal candidate should be adept at designing scalable systems, optimizing performance, and leading development efforts in collaboration with cross-functional teams. This is a full-time, on-site position for candidates currently residing in Mumbai and available to join within 15 days.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end design, development, and deployment of Java applications
• Translate functional and technical requirements into detailed design
• Build scalable, secure, and high-performing applications
• Develop and consume RESTful APIs and ensure seamless integration
• Implement microservices architecture and containerized deployments
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code
• Perform code reviews, debugging, and performance tuning
• Collaborate with DevOps for CI/CD and production deployments
• Guide junior developers and conduct knowledge-sharing sessions
• Stay updated on new technologies and industry trends

What You’ll Do:

• Work closely with the core team to understand their needs and ensure that our products are meeting the needs of the market.
• Designing database structure that are easy to maintain, improves data consistency and are cost effective in terms of disk storage space
• Identify, prioritise and execute tasks in the software development life cycle
• Develop tools and applications by producing clean, efficient code
• Document and demonstrate solutions by developing documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts, code comments and clear code
• Build efficient, testable, and reusable PHP modules

What You’ll Bring

• Bachelor's in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field.
• A 5+ years of experience in developing desktop and mobile web applications
• Strong knowledge of core PHP with experience of working with MVC framework such as CodeIgniter & Laravel
• Experience with object-oriented PHP programming
• Experience with third party API integration
• Experience in managing AWS services
• Previous experience creating scalable applications
• Knowledge of multiple front-end languages and libraries (e.g. HTML/ CSS, JavaScript, XML, jQuery)

Job Responsibilities :

• Must have knowledge of at least two PHP frameworks out of Laravel, Cakephp, CodeIgniter and YII.
• Must have basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript and jQuery.
• Knowledge of CMS architectures like Wordpress, Joomla, Drupal etc. will be an added advantage.
• Knowledge of eCommerce frameworks like WooCommerce, Magento, OpenCart etc will be an added advantage.
• Good knowledge of Object-Oriented Concepts & a strong passion for Software Development.
• Strong Interaction and Design Sense
• Familiarity with LAMP stack (Apache, MySQL and phpMyAdmin)
• Comfortable with SQL and/or Script Programming.
• Experience in Designing & Developing Database in MySQL is a MUST.

Required Skills:

• Knowledge and/or willingness to learn, highly motivated.

 2+ years of .NET Development experience

- Exceptional skills Experience with .NET,  technologies (WPF, Web Forms, .NET Core). Also skilled in MS SQL and PostgreSQL, Bootstrap and DevOps.

- Experience with DevExpress, Elasticsearch.Net, VS Studio is preferred SolarSearch

- Great business process understanding and written and verbal communication skills

- GitHub and Git experience.
