Job Role:

Provide pre-sales technical assistance and product education to customers.Respond to inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our products and services.Utilize engineering knowledge to understand customer needs and recommend suitableproducts or solutions. Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations.Prepare and deliver accurate and competitive sales quotations, proposals, andcontracts. Ensure all customer communications are clear, professional, and effective.Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers. Job Description -

Profile: Senior ML Lead

Experience Required: 10+ Years

Work Mode: Remote

Key Responsibilities:

• Design end-to-end AI/ML architectures including data ingestion, model development, training, deployment, and monitoring
• Evaluate and select appropriate ML algorithms, frameworks, and cloud platforms (Azure, Snowflake)
• Guide teams in model operationalization (MLOps), versioning, and retraining pipelines
• Ensure AI/ML solutions align with business goals, performance, and compliance requirements

Required Skills:

• Strong expertise in ML algorithms, Linear Regression, and modeling fundamentals

• Experience with OpenAI/Generative AI solutions
• Cloud-native services: Azure ML, Snowflake
• 8+ years in data science with at least 2 years in solution architecture role

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Perform application code conversion for compatibility between Sybase and MS SQL.
• Work on existing Perl-based codebase, ensuring maintainability and compatibility.
• Convert code into Python where feasible (as part of the migration strategy).
• Where Python conversion is not feasible, create compatible code in Perl.
• Collaborate with the team on release management and version control (Git).

• At least 4 to 7 years of relevant experience as Big Data Engineer
