• Mandatory (Company) - Consumer Electronics Brands OR Top Advertising Companies (Eg- Oglivy, McCann, Glitch, FoxyMoron etc)

Qualification:

• 3+ Years’ software development experience in Core Java, Hibernate and swing
• User Interface technologies: XML, HTML, HTML5/Application Cache /WebSQL, Backbone, Enyo, SmartClient
• Should have worked of opensource ERP OpenBravo – not mandatory, preferred.
• Proficient in SQL Queries using PostgreSQL / MySQL
• Good analytical and communication skills.
• Should be able to manage development team
• Should be able to independently gather and analyze requirements with end users
• Should have developed APIs Preferably developed Mobile application / app
• Knowledge of development of Jasper Reports
• Preferably knowledgeable of business functions like sales/ purchase/ inventory
• Participate in technical design, development, testing, and documentation of plug-ins, modules or vertical requested by partners.

🎨 Role Overview:

We’re seeking a Graphic Design & Animation Intern to support our team in creating high-quality illustrations, web graphics, and short animations. This is a hands-on, creative role ideal for students or recent graduates passionate about visual storytelling and design.

📌 Responsibilities:

• Design graphics, icons, and illustrations for web and digital platforms.
• Create short animations or motion graphics (e.g., for hero banners, explainer sections).
• Support in branding assets (social media creatives, website visuals).
• Collaborate with developers and content team to ensure cohesive visual output.
• Stay up to date with design trends and apply them to projects.

✅ Requirements:

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Animation, Fine Arts, or a related field.

Planning, strategizing and executing SEO project along with the technical team  Performing exhaustive keyword analysis for the site In depth understanding and experience of On- site Off- site SEO  Managing and maximizing opportunities to increase targeted traffic to the website through a variety of SEO Process.  Performing Detailed and Rigorous competitor analysis  Ensure that the website is on top 5 for at least 50% of the keywords within 6 months  Content analysis and optimization, writing search engine optimized title tags, description tags  Team management especially off page SEO team  Directory sourcing for relevant industry and directory submission/ link building  Targeted keyword SEO to bring targeted visitors within a minimum time, to how the result within a month  Comfortable using Paid tools like SEMRUSH or Ahrefs or relevant tools  Content writing, wherever required  Co-ordinating with the Technology team to ensure implementation of all changes  Owning up all activities related to SEO right from keyword analysis, ranking, website page layout

• Conducting detailed telephonic, skype, or face to face interviews and coordinating with the candidates till on-boarding and do the joining formalities
• Design and update job description.
• Screening and shortlisting the prospective candidate based on the job profile.
• Coordinating interviews with the hiring managers.
• Follow up to ensure candidates attend interviews as scheduled.
• Following up on the interview process status.
• Document the process on Microsoft Excel.
• Coordinating with candidates for document verification
• Conduct a primary document verification
• Establish and maintain a good relationship with the employee
