Prrowess is a Vertical of Purrple Orryx
About Prrowess
Prrowess is an AI agent studio based in Dubai. We design, build, and run custom AI agents for service businesses restaurants, venues, clinics, real estate agencies, and B2B operations. Every agent is bespoke: built from the client's own data, integrated into the tools they already use, and run for them as an ongoing managed service. The client never has to become a bot administrator.
We build our own agents first. Our email agent and WhatsApp agent are live in production, handling real workflows across three companies. We know what works because we have built it for ourselves before we build it for anyone else.
The Role
This is a builder-operator role. You will design and build AI agents for Prrowess clients, integrate those agents into the client's existing systems, deploy them, and keep them running and improving month after month as part of our managed service.
You will also build and maintain agents for our own internal operations: Prrowess, Purple Oryx (events), and a children's wear brand. This gives you variety across verticals and the chance to test ideas on real internal workflows before they go to clients.
The founder does the client audits and demos. You turn the design into a working agent. You do not need to sell but you do need to understand the client's business well enough to build something that actually solves their problem.
What You Will Build
- Customer-facing agents on WhatsApp, web chat, email, and voice, handling bookings, inquiries, FAQ, lead qualification, appointment scheduling, and follow-ups.
- Internal workflow agents - status updates, data movement between systems, report generation, recurring admin that currently requires a person to sit down and do it.
- Integrations between the agent and the client's live systems: CRM, calendar, POS, reservation systems, spreadsheets, and custom APIs.
- RAG pipelines where the agent needs to reason over a client's own documents - menus, policies, service descriptions, intake forms.
- Voice agents for clients where voice is the right channel (clinics, real estate).
Non-Negotiable Skills
You must have genuine, hands-on experience with all of the following -not watched a tutorial, but actually built and shipped:
- n8n - complex workflows, webhook handling, conditional logic, error handling, API calls. This is our primary orchestration platform.
- LLM API integration - Anthropic (Claude), OpenAI, or Google. Calling the API, writing and tuning system prompts, chaining calls, handling responses reliably in production.
- WhatsApp Business API - via a BSP (360dialog, Twilio, or similar). Not just the app.
- REST API fluency - you can connect anything to anything if there is an API. You have done this repeatedly.
- Prompt engineering - writing system prompts that produce consistent, on-brand, edge-case-safe agent behaviour in production. Not just prompting for demos.
- Basic database work - Supabase, Postgres, or similar. Reading and writing structured data that the agent depends on.
Strong-to-Have Skills
These will not rule you out if absent, but will move you to the top of the list:
- ElevenLabs, Vapi, or Retell - voice agent deployment.
- RAG implementation - Pinecone, Chroma, or similar vector stores; chunking and retrieval strategies that work in production.
- Make or Zapier - you know when to reach for a lighter tool instead of n8n.
- Supabase - edge functions, real-time, RLS. We use it across multiple projects.
- Basic front-end awareness - enough to embed a chat widget, configure a web interface, or debug a broken integration on the client-facing side.
What Kind of Person
The skills above are necessary but not sufficient. The person we need:
- Works well without hand-holding. You are in India; the founder is in Dubai. You should be able to take a brief, ask the right clarifying questions, build, and deliver - without needing daily check-ins to stay unblocked.
- Writes clear, precise English. Your system prompts and agent logic interact with real customers. Sloppy language produces sloppy agents. This is a genuine filter.
- Stays with a problem until it works. Tricky integrations, flaky APIs, edge cases that only appear in production - you do not give up and find a workaround that looks right in a demo but breaks in the real world.
- Is honest about what you do not know. We are a small operation. Someone who pretends to know and then quietly struggles is more expensive than someone who says 'I have not done that before but here is how I would approach it.'
- Cares about the quality of the agent's output - not just whether the workflow runs without errors, but whether the agent actually sounds and behaves like a capable member of the client's team.
What You Will NOT Be Doing
- Writing production software from scratch. This role is integration and orchestration, not software engineering.
- Client-facing sales. You may join a technical call if needed, but you are not the person doing demos.
- Design or content work. That is handled separately.
- Managing other people - at this stage, this is an individual contributor role.
